For a long time,many food crops breeding workers are attaching more importance to the use of heterocyst,heterocyst is a common phenomenon of biological genetic exist,work on the improvement of yield and crop variety improvement,the improvement of varieties,and resistance is an important way of enhancement.Many hybrid plants such as rice more robust geometric its parent plants up to,the seeds are much bigger and more output.However,rice and other crops in experimental plots climb the yield of 1000 kg peak at the same time,in the selection of varieties compared with recent varieties breeding,between each other is difficult to increase production by 5%.However,rice belongs to more than 20 wild rice species,they exist rich good genes and diversity,is to use the valuable resources.In de tain Cai of ideas-using distant hybridization and polyploidy double advantage for super rice breeding,under the guide of the use of plant tissue culture technology develop distant hybridization and stable yield,high yield of allopolyploid rice breeding,has become a new way of rice breeding.Under the theoretical guidance of the use of distant hybridization and polyploidy double advantage breeding super rice,bred two strains with polyploid meiosis stability(PMeS)gene.Bred two strains with polyploid meiosis stability(PMeS)gene On this basis,we apply the female parent of indicia sterile lines PA64S-4 x,blending HD9802S-4 x,sterile lines and their parent strain of high solid polyploidy PMeS strain:HN2026(4 x),Sg99012(4 x)as well as excellent restorer 9311(4 x)as materials,after many years of breeding for PS series of polyploidy the genetic-cytoplasm male sterility.As a result,they also have the genetic-cytoplasm male sterility gene and polyploid meiosis stability(PMeS),this study choose PS002,PS003,PS004,PS005 and PS0075 sterile lines as female parent,analysis of the sterility and agronomic traits,In addition to choose with polyploidy meiosis stability(PMeS)series of restorer genes YX27,YX76,YX124,Y60,CH007,CH034,PR70,ST39,ST32 as male parent.In five of the sterile lines leaf growth habits,morphological characteristics,flowering habit,seed setting rate and other agronomic traits investigation;Grasp the growth of the sterile lines several critical period:leaf growth period,heading stage,fertility transition,statistics and fertile pollen rate of fertility appraisal,accurate positioning stage fertile and sterile lines,to prepare for the follow-up seed;Stigma size of sterile lines,stigma exposure rate and the comprehensive study different exchange rate;For some five sterile lines and restorer of combination for the analysis of the main yield characters,to parents of cross combinations of general combining ability and special combining ability analysis,identify priority parent type.Study the following results are obtained.1.Five polyploid sterile lines agronomic traits,sterile lines PR002 ear length,ear number is moderate,partial length of anther and stigma and plant type is relatively small,is conducive to accept restorer pollen spores.On some agronomic characters of polyploid rice restorer lines,restorer seed setting rate were all above 70%to 90%and that of polyploid rice restorer materials are offspring with(PMeS)gene.Grain close to 1 cm long,close to 0.4 cm wide,compared with the common diploid rice has obvious advantages,and plant height between 120-140 cm,combined with plant height of sterile lines,restorer lines and the sterile lines within 30 to 50,the plant height of gap of polyploid rice sterile lines provide good pollination different cross breeding base.2.A few leaf growth situation of polyploid rice sterile lines are compared,and the comprehensive PS001 leaf growth rate is the most stable,the leaf number,the more stable PS004 leaf growth rate of volatile,tailoring period,several life similar to diploid rice of polyploid rice leaves,with leaves,up gradually extended.3.In Wuhan in 2015 for a couple of polyploid rice male sterility testing,comprehensive comparison,fertile period is largely concentrated in the mid to late September to early October,in early September for infertility,and fertility sex completely.In Hainan Lingshui,in 2016 for a couple of polyploid rice sterility test,found the sterile lines fertile period concentrated in the mid to late march to early April.Sterile lines PS004 fertile period in Wuhan,fertile pollen rate of more than 80%,in Hainan,sterile lines PS004 fertile pollen rate above 80%,the same and anther and stigma length in these type of sterile lines are very long,benefit from the self strong.4.Study to polyploid rice flowering habit,PS002,PS003 and PS007 flowering is relatively concentrated,through the conversion of variance,PS007 minimum variance,reflecting the sterile lines PS007 single new opening time is more concentrated,through standard deviation conversion,PS005 standard deviation is relatively small,reflecting the sterile lines PS005 single new time is stable,less affected by the external environment,have better use value.5.Polyploid rice sterile lines different exchange rate and stigma exposure rate of comprehensive analysis,sterile lines PS002,PS003 PS007 stigma exposure rate and minimum value directly with different exchange rate difference,the biggest PS002 stigma exposure rate and different exchange rate.In the process of cross breeding,PS002 to improve the combination of different exchange rate has a certain scientific significance.6.The combining ability evaluation of polyploid rice,S2 and S3 are the types of female parent with multiple positive effect yields.Comprehensive comparison several restorers,Y1 and Y2 are with multiple positive effect yield type of male parent,the excellent recovery features.S2 and S3(PS003)(PS004)and Y1(YX27)and Y2(YX76)as the ideal parent type.This study is aimed at specific study of polyploid rice sterile lines and restorer lines,and made the series hybrid combinations,comprehensive consideration of sterility,different exchange rate stable,combining ability,etc.Find out have strong advantage of hybrid combinations(chart ???),and make a root tip chromosomes images(chart ?),for polyploid rice subsequent production provides a favorable scientific basis and practical materials.
