This paper USES four new breeding dual-purpose nuclear sterile lines (Y58S, C46S, guangzhan 63S-4,168S) and 7 hybrid rice restorer lines (0M052, R1128,RH003,yuan hui 2 hao, Yang dao 6 hao, zhong hui 8006, shu hui 527), the 28 through incomplete diallel cross configuration hybrid rice combination. In the autumn of 2013 on the agronomic traits and quality traits of hybrid F1 correlation and analysis of combining ability in order to find out new bred sterile lines combining ability of the properties of strength and the combination of traits related laws, to piece together provide a scientific basis for application of optimal combination and production. In January 2013 to February,2013 in July to August, obtained four periods of fertile and sterile period (meiosis stage, monocyte, dual-core period, three nuclear) anther, isozyme analysis, in order to discuss the nuclear sterility rice amphibious system at two different times, different period of time the isozyme expression difference.The main result of this study are as follows:1, General combining ability and special combining ability in the performance of hybrid F1 generation of individual traits is varies with the characters. Most of the characters of the effect of general combining ability variance significantly greater than the special combining ability variance, this means that the general combining ability in the parent selection becomes more important.2, Cross combinations of two lines agronomic traits, on the expression of nuclear male sterility dual system and the role of restorer is different. In the effective panicles per plant, total grain number per panicle, grain, seed setting rate and grain length on the 5 agronomic traits in the department of nuclear male sterility amphibious a gene additive effect value were higher than that of restorer gene additive effect. But in plant height, ear length, plant yield and panicle, grain width and grain on six agronomic traits such as the aspect ratio, the general combining ability effect than nuclear restorer fertility and general combining ability of role, visible in the combination of two high-yielding hybrid breeding nuclear sterility amphibious and restorer is on some traits are equally important.3, Parental gene additive effect value and hybrids of gene additive effect has no necessary connection between value, high performance, the additive effect value of its parent gene additive effect value performance is not necessarily high; Parent gene additive effect value high character, the combination of the gene additive effect value is not necessarily high.4, The company new selection of 168 s, both general combining ability effect value and special combining ability effect value is higher, as a female parent breeding of high yield and good quality hybrid combinations.5, Isozyme analysis conclusion is nuclear sterility amphibious system during the fertile isozyme activity during the sterility, mainly at meiosis stage, monocyte and nuclear.
