The Research Of The New Preparation Xiakangjian Powder's Quality Standard And The Impact On Growth Of Penaeus

Objective: Objective This study carry out the qualitative research,quantitative research and stability research of the new preparation powder's iconic composition.It also contains the observation of the impact on growth of Penaeus,aimed at ensuring the effective formulation and stability.safeguard its stability and effectiveness in shrimp farming applications.Methods(1)Do the qualitative discrimination for giant knotweed in the Xiakangjian powder by means of TLC.(2)Do the quantitative analysis for chlorogenic acid,polydatin and emodin in the Xiakangjian powder by means of HPLC.(3)Do analytical research on the character,moisture content,solubility,content uniformity and microbial limit referring to <Chinese Pharmacopoeia>2015 edition part ?general rules on preperation requires.(4)Conduct the experiment of Xiakangjian powder's stability.Make influence factor experiment,accelerated experiment and long-term experiment with the standards of the character of Xiakagnjian powder and the content of moisture,chlorogenic acid,polydatin,emodin in the Xiakagnjian powder to forecast the expiration date of the preparation.(5)Study the Xiakangjian powder's influence on growth of penaeus by pharmacodynamic tests in different size.This study places the small-scale experiments with blank control group,positive control group and Xiakangjian powder group in shrimp aquarium and cement cylinder in order to investigate the survival rate and the growth rate in different.environment.Measure the prawns' vigour of SOD and lysozyme at the same time.Compare the birth rate and the growth rate of the penaeus from different large-scale experiment in the shrimp pond.Results:(1)Established TLC methods to identify polygonum cuspidatum and momordica grosvenori in the Xiakangjian powder.(2)Established HPLC methods to determine the content of chlorogenic acid,polydatin and emodin in the Xiakangjian powder.(3)Extablished the standard of the inspection item of Xiakangjian powder's character,moisture,solubleness,content uniformity and microbial limit.(4)Preliminary forcast the expiration date of the preparation is 2 years by finishing an influencing factor test on Xiakangjian preparation for 10 days,an accelerating test for 6 months and a long-term experiment for 6 months.(5)Finished pharmacodynamic test in different-scale.Through a small-scale test for 100 days,the survival rate is 34% higher in the Xiakangjian's shrimp aquarium than the blank control group as well as data from the Xiakangjian's cement cylinder is 33% higher.Through a large-scale test for 90 days,the birth rate of the Xiakangjian's pond is 12.10%,7.56% and10.02% than the contrast pond,and the rate of growth is 15.67%,20.69% and22.30% higher.Conclusions(1)The established standard method to study the quality of Xiakangjian powder is stable,in good reproducibility and can be use to control the quality of this preparation.(2)The Xiakangjian powder preparation can increase the survival birth rate,survival rate and the growth rate in the penaeus aquaculture.
