Study On Effect Of Modified Poplar Flower Oral Liquid On The Intestinal Toxic Syndro Me Of Broiler Chicken

Currently, the toxic syndrome incidence is at a high rate in the process of the broiler chicken raising production, which has a severe effect on the production performance and food safety. At present, we mainly adopt the mode of antibiotic treatment and health care. Therefore, we develop the new product-Yang shuhua Oral Liquid, for which we get raw liquor from Yang Shu flowers to produce beneficial bacteria, and the modified method of biomimetic chemistry and purified from the fermentation metabolites of esters and acyl group performance, new product modification and degradation of glycoside molecular weight to improve the activity of poplar flower oral liquid.For the newly developed product, we conducted a non clinical safety evaluation, the acute toxicity test and chronic toxicity test, Bacteriostatic test, Clinical trials. The result shows:? The acute poisoning tests failed to measure LD50, which shows its safety margin is large, as it causes no adverse reaction under the biggest dosage determination.? Chronic toxicity test showed that the product of the physiological activities and metabolism of rats have no toxicity, and the viscera index test results show it has the function the promoting the viscera. ? As the vitro bacteriostasis experiment shows, this product can restrain coli and salmonella to a certain degree. ? The clinical trial results show that the curing rate of the product in the treatment of poisoning caused by intestinal toxin syndrome is very high, and it also has an obvious effect on the recovery of feeding intake and reducing of the mortality, with a recovery up to 95% and loose stool proportional under 5.03% after three days of medication. Besides, the death rate has decreased obviously. After medication for 6 days, the chicken intake completely goes back to normal level and is even slightly higher than before, and the death rate is extremely low.
