In this work, the effect of the concentration and treatment time of MeJA, SA, ABA, PEG on chlorogenic acid accumulation, PAL, C4H, PPO and antioxidant enzymes activities were studied by spray application to leaves in dandelion(Taraxacum antungense Kitag.). It provided the theoretical basis for advancing chlorogenic acid contents and regulating antioxidant enzyme activities. The results are as follow:1. The effect of MeJA, SA, ABA, PEG concentration on chlorogenic acid contents were analyzing by spray application in treatment time 24h. MeJA:The maximum contents of chlorogenic acid are 0.02%,2.8 times than control in 1mM. SA:The maximum contents of chlorogenic acid are 0.016%,1.9 times than control in 2mM. ABA:The maximum contents of chlorogenic acid are 0.019%,2.38 times than control in 30mg/L. PEG:The maximum contents of chlorogenic acid are 0.016%,1.6 times than control in 10%.2. Three optimum concentration of the maximum contents of chlorogenic acid were chose to analysis that the effect of treatment time of MeJA, SA, ABA, PEG on chlorogenic acid contents. The results as following, MeJA:The elicitation peak comes 24-36h; 1.0mM of elicitation peak comes 24h; 0.5mM,1.5mM of elicitation peak comes 36h. SA:The elicitation peak comes 12-24h; 1mM elicitation peak comes 24h; Elicitation peak of 2mM comes 24h; Elicitation peak of 3mM comes 12h. ABA:The elicitation peak comes 12-36h; Elicitation peak of 20mg/L comes 24h,30mg/L comes 24h,40mg/L 12h. PEG:The elicitation peak comes 12-24h; Elicitation peak of 5% comes 12h; 10% 24h,20% 24h.3. The elicitation of MeJA, SA, ABA, PEG on PAL, C4H, PPO were extremely different in dandelion leaves. MeJA:In elicitation time of 24-48h, PAL, C4H activities stay a relative high level. Meanwhile, with MeJA concentration rising, PPO activities are also higher than control. SA:In elicitation time of 24-48h, PAL activities raise clearly. High concentration PAL and low concentration C4H has more effective elicitation. The elicitation peak of PPO activities comes earlier as high concentration SA. ABA:In peak time of 24-36h, PAL activities stay a high level than control. The elicitation peak of C4H comes 60-72h. Low concentration of ABA induced high PPO activities. PEG:High concentration PEG comes a relative high activities of PAL, C4H, PPO.4. The elicitation of MeJA, SA, ABA, PEG on POD, CAT activities has an influence with concentration and treatment time. MeJA:The elicitation peak of POD, CAT comes earlier and has a remarkable induction; High concentration induced the accumulation of MDA. SA:The elicitation peak of POD, CAT comes 24-36h; And high concentration induced a high level MDA. ABA:The elicitation peak of POD comes 48-72h; CAT comes earlier in 12-24h. High concentration induced a low level MDA. PEG:The elicitation peak of POD, CAT, MDA comes in 60-72h. High concentration has a better elicitation. |
