Emamectin benzoate is a super efficient and low toxicity pesticides. Emamectin benzoate is widely used in pest controlling on food, crops and vegetables. Currently many xylene are used in the production of emamectin benzoate EC,which has many drawbacks and have serious negative impact on the environment. In this paper, we chose biodiesel, methyl oleate, soya bean oil, 150 # solvent oil take the place of xylene as the adjuvant. We researched the influences of these adjuvants in 2% emamectin benzoate EC on physical and chemical properties and research changes of allowance in cabbage leaf surface brine about 2% emamectin benzoate EC and 2% emamectin benzoate EW. At last, we researched emamectin benzoate biological activity against Plutella. The main findings as follows:1. Based on platinum plate method, we formulated in four different adjuvants surface tension of 2% emamectin EC diluent. Simultaneous determination of surface tension dilution of 2% emamectin salt water emulsions. The results show:Five kinds of preparations on purified water, there are certain to reduce the effect of surface tension. Biodiesellogical additives 2% emamectin benzoate EC best. In the range of 2.00-20.00 mg/L concentrations, have excellent parallelism difference. Ascending to the surface tension: Biodiesel <Methyl oleate <First grade soybean oil <150# solvent oil < emulsion in water.2. We measured the leaf surface retention amount of the dynamic process in cabbage by liquid chromatography method of five formulations including Biodiesel, Methyl oleate, First grade soybean oil, 150# solvent oil and emulsion, oil in water. We collected the cabbage leaf after 0, 2, 6, 12, 48 and 120 hour later and detected the emamectin benzoate content in these leaves by HPLC with UV detection method. The amount of the original attachment of these pesticide formulations in turn was 38 mg/kg, 32 mg/kg, 28 mg/kg, 29 mg/kg and 25mg/kg; Degradation dynamics simulation curve equation in turn: C=28.917e-0.008 t, C=23.647e-0.01 t, C=20.508e-0.009 t, C=20.685e-0.01 tand C=20.685e-0.01t; Half life about five kinds of preparation in Cabbage leaves as follows: 86.6h, 69.3h, 77.0h, 69.3h and 63.0h.3. We detected the feeding virulence in the 3rd instar larvae of moth using dipping method and detected the contact toxicity using worm dipping method. We got the result that 48 hour later LD50 of contact toxicity respectively: 0.2472mg/kg, 0.2805 mg/kg, 0.2983 mg/kg, 0.2946 mg/kg and 0.3450mg/kg. LD50 of feeding virulence respectively: 0.8498mg/kg, 1.1068mg/kg, 1.2227 mg/kg, 1.1758mg/kg and 1.4049mg/kg.4. We studied the effects of different additives on the physicochemical properties of the pesticide. And then turned out pesticide additives can effectively reduce the surface tension of pesticides. Compared with 2% emamectin benzoate EW,its surface tension can reduce 8 m N·m-1 in emulsifiable concentrate. Original attachment can be increased by about 30% in 2% emamectin benzoate EC. Biological activity was better no matter in ingestion or contact toxicity virulence in 2% emamectin benzoate EC than in 2% emamectin benzoate EW.5. Physical and chemical properties of pesticides may have an impact on its retention in the amount of plant leaf surface. At the same time, the amount of pesticide on leaf surface retention was related to biologically active on Plutella. Compared with oleate, soya bean oil and 150 # solvent oil, biodiesel has more allowance holding on plant leaf surface. Also biodiesel have a better biological activity on Plutella. The amount of pesticide on leaf surface retention EW was less than EC, the biological activity was with the same trendency. |
