| In this experiment,the compound environmental protection formulations of emamectin benzoate and chlorantraniliprole were studied.Two formulations of 5%Emamectin chlorantraniliprole SC and SL were prepared.The suspension rate,physicochemical stability,wettability and dispersion,viscosity and frost resistance of the two formulations after processing were determined,and the indexes met the national pesticide formulation standards.A method for the determination of active components in 5%Emamectin chlorantraniliprole SC and solvable concentrate was proposed.On this basis,it was found that adding three kinds of spray assistants,TD-60,AB-600 and timely,can improve the compatibility stability,surface tension,contact angle and maximum stable retention of two formulations.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the preliminary research in the laboratory,this test passed the screening of dispersant,wetting agent,thickener and antifreeze,and finally got the 5%emamectin benzoate·chlorantraniliprole suspension formulation.The result is as follows:2%Emamectin Benzoate,3%chlorantraniliprole,1.5%dispersant 2700,2%wetting agent x080,0.35%thickener xanthan gum,4%antifreeze glycol,0.5%defoamer sag630,1%stabilizer BHT,0.15%preservative sodium benzoate,and 100%deionized water.The quality index and physicochemical properties of the 5%Emamectin chlorantraniliprole SC were up to the standard.2.Through the screening of solvents and emulsifiers,the formula of 5%emamectin benzoate chlorantraniliprole solvable agent was determined.The result is as follows:2%Emamectin Benzoate and 3%chlorantraniliprole,16.67%601 and 8.33%500#as emulsifier,1%BHT as stabilizer,35%NMP as solvent,Isopropanol makes up 100%.3.In this study,a method for the determination of active components in 5%Emamectin chlorantraniliprole SC and solvable concentrate was proposed.The linear correlation,precision and accuracy were determined.The method has high accuracy and precision,and is easy to operate and fast.It is an ideal analytical method for the determination of the two preparations4.The compatibility stability,surface tension,contact angle and maximum stable holding flow of two formulations with different dilution concentrations and six different additive concentrations of three spray additives were studied.When the formulation was diluted 200 times,and the concentration of spray auxiliary agent was greater than or equal to the critical micelle concentration,all performance indicators were better. |
