For the study of “compound additives” series of products for different stages of the reproductive performance of sows by health, colostrums composition and growth performance of health, the effects of serum biochemical indicators, designed to enhance the production of swine herd performance, increase economic efficiency of pig production to provide an objective scientific basis. This study was carried out simultaneously three experiments:Experiment 1: Select 60 head of the Landrace-Yorkshire Hybrid Sows, which had a previous reproduction normal 3-4 parity, body weight and body condition similar, mating and pregnancy of 30 days. The 60 head of sows were randomly divided into experiment group 1, experimental group 2 and control group. Each group had 20 head, the experiment group 1, and experimental group 2 sows per day per head added a dose of “compound additive-1” and “compound additive-2”, the control group was fed with basic diet, from the pregnancy of 30 days start entered the trial. Continuous used of 7 days per month, to the end of the sow before weaning. Tracking statistics sows reproductive performance and the growth and development of piglets and health.Experiment 2: Select the Large White Sows of 40 head, which had a previous reproduction of normal prenatal 7 days and revealed the third parity. Divided the 40 head of sows into experimental group and control group. From prenatal 7 days to puerperal 7 days. Test group sows per day per head were added a dose of “compound additive-3”, the control group of sows were according to farm routine methods of feeding and management. At the same time, the birth of piglets in the experimental group got 0.5m L of “compound additive-3” oral liquid. Tracked the health status of the two groups of sows and tracked the status of health and growth of piglets.Experiment 3: Selected 30 litters piglets of 23 day old, a total of 302 head. 30 litters of piglets were divided into 5 groups according to randomized block. Control group, experimental group A, experimental group B, experimental group C, experimental group D, and every group had 6 litters, at 23 days of age(28 days of age weaning) began to use the “composite additive-4”, used for 15 days, the groups fed to 76 days old would end. The growth performance, death and disease of weaning piglets were measured. The results showed as follows :1、The reproductive performance of Sows: In experiment 1, compared to the control group, the born alive piglets of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 in average litter number were increased 1.45 head(P < 0.05), 1.8 head(P < 0.05); the colostrums of Ig G concentration were increased 24.00%(P < 0.05) and 20.74%(P < 0.05).2、The growth and development performance and health status of piglet: In experiment 1, compared to the control group, the 21 day old weaning litter weight of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were increased 19.21%(P < 0.01) and 10.47%(P < 0.05), diarrhea index were reduced by 48.27% and 17.70%. In experiment 2, compared with the control group, the old of 25 day of weaning litter weight increased 14.15%, average daily gain increased 7.54%(P < 0.05), the experimental group piglets diarrhea index decreased 37.35%(P < 0.05); skin and hair of piglet improved 9.66%(P < 0.05). In experiment 3, the average daily gain weight of experimental group A, B, C, D than the control group were increased by 11.62%, 15.39%, 7.19%, and 8.58%, group B and group A were significantly improved(P<0.05); compared with the control group, the conservation of pig mortality rate of experimental group A, B, C, D, were reduced respectively, decreased by 3.18, 1.65, 1.48, 1.80 percentage points. Compared with the control group, the four experimental groups piglets fur development status scores were increased by 20.71%, 19.53% and 28.70%(P < 0.05) and 16.57%; diarrhea index of the experimental group showed a downward trend, four experimental groups of piglets diarrhea index were reduced 21.82%, 23.57%, 19.03%(P < 0.05) and 4.69%.3、Reproduction performance of weaning sows: In experiment 1,compared to the control group, the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 of the 7 days of estrus rate were both increased by 10 percentage points, within 14 days of estrus rate were increased by 15 and 10 percentage points, the estrus fecundation rate was increased 7.77 and 13.33 percentage points respectively.4、The health status of sows: In experiment 2, in the experimental group, the rate of premature delivery, the lag rate and the incidence of postpartum triad were compared with that of the control group were reduced by 5, 15 and 10 percentage points. Conclusion: Multiparous sows fed 3 kinds of “compound additive” could not only improve the sows farrowing, lactation performance, suckling pigs health, and growth performance development, but also could effectively improve the weaning sows estrus conception rate and reproductive performance; weaned piglets fed “compound additive-4”, could effectively alleviate the stress of weaning of piglets, promote the growth of weaned piglets, and improve their health.
