The Infected Investigation Of The Main Desease For A Certain Company

With the continuous development of the pig industry,the type and number of large-scale pig farms diseases tended to increase,resulting in huge losses in pig farming.To understand the scale pig farms in the prevalence of major diseases,the use of PCR and RT-PCR methods,combined with bacterial isolation and identification,from August 2014 to March 2015,a group of affiliated companies are from Fujian,Guangxi,Jiangxi,Shanghai Anhui five provinces(municipalities)of 14 large-scale pig farms of 126 tissue samples(onset pig brain,lungs,spleen,kidney,heart,lymph nodes,joint effusion,etc.)were carried out eight kinds of pathogen detection.The results showed that: 14 large-scale pig farms,the positive rate of infection,farms and tissue samples of different pathogens to100%(14/14)and 68.25%,respectively,were 86 samples(86/126).Among them,alone or mixed infection of Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),ClassicalSwineFeve Virus(CSFV),Pseudorabies virus(PRV),Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(Mhp),Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP),Streptococcus suis(SS),Haemophilus parasuis(HPS)of the positive samples was 50.79%(64/126),24.6%(21/126),7.14%(9/126),0(0/126),16.67%(21/126),8.73%(11/126),11.11%(14/126),7.14%(9/126).Look from the type of infection in 86 positive samples,31 samples infection alone,accounting for 36.05%(31/86);mixed infection of 55 samples,accounting for 63.95%(55/86).From the type of mixed infection,the infection in 55 positive samples were mixed,double mixed infection 39,15,triple mixed infection,1 quadruple mixed infection,accounting for 70.91%(39/55),27.27%(15 / 55)and 1.82%(1/55).Mixed infections from microbial species,the 55 positive samples were mixed infections,"virus and virus" mixed infection sample 19 parts,36 parts of "viruses and bacteria" sample mixed infection,accounting for 34.55%(19/55)and 65.45%(36/55).Analysis of the pathogens from infected advantage,PCV2 and / or PRRSV infection of 75 samples,accounting for 87.21%and 86 positive samples.Where,"PCV2 + PRRSV(+ other pathogens)" mixed infection 20 samples,representing 36.36% of all 55 samples were mixed infections.The results showed that: the Corporation under the size of farms prevalent viruses and bacterial infections;complex and diverse types of infection,mixed infection is quite common to "PCV2 +PRRSV(+ other pathogens)" mixed infection is most common.Of 11 APP,14 strains were isolated strains SS,9 strains of HPS for drug sensitivitytest.Results showed that the three kinds of isolated bacteria of 14 kinds of antibiotics sensitivity is different,the SS and HPS on cefotaxime and ceftriaxone sodium sensitivity is extremely high,and the APP to grace,the effect of a high sensitivity.
