As the vaccine effects can be enhanced by non-specific immune reagents,more attention had been paid on them.Due to its limited,it cannot be used in clinical,even though strong biologic activities and phagocytosis were observed.But after reversed its characteristic,upraised the ability to resist enzyme digestion and prolonged the half-life in body,which named T peptide,can be used in clinical successfully.At present,most of the T peptide researches were about its anti-cancer ability and the mechanism,little was done about its functions of immunity enhancement and vaccine immunization improvement.So,in this research,we will focus on the function of T peptide related to the enhancement the swine fever vaccine.In this research,piglets were divided into three groups(A,B,C)and injected by different dose(5mg,2mg,0mg)of T peptide,respectively.Four and a half months experiment shows that:there is no significant difference(p<0.05)between group A,B and C,so,during this time,T peptide did nothing about swine fever vaccine.But after the second injection of T peptide plus swine fever vaccine,the antibody titer of the three groups were enhanced.Ten days after the second immunity,swine fever antibody blocking rate of group A has reached 74.41%,superior to group A and B(P<0.05),and the qualified rate of the swine fever antibody among these three groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).The results of the 20 days,50 days and 80 days antibody blocking rate after the second immunization remain as the aforementioned,but there are no significant difference between group A and B,B and group C,during this time,when it comes to the qualified rate of the swine fever antibody there is no significant difference between group A and C.According to the results of the detection of cytokines such as IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 after the second immunity of CSFV vaccine,the cellular and humoral immunity of group A was improved obviously than the control group,no significant difference between group B and the control.Put the detection results of the swine fever antibody and cytokines together,we can make sure that after the second immunization of T peptide,both of cellular and humoral immunity were enhanced,and this also depend on the concentration of T peptide.
