In this study, the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the yield and yield of maize were studied by using "3414" to study the accumulation of dry matter in maize, and the utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil. The conclusions are as fol-lows:(1) Soil testing and fertilizer recommendation on maize growth and development of a significant role in promoting nutrition can promote the growth of corn and reproductive growth, increased plant height, spike length, grains per spike, spike weight and grain weight. Fertilization significantly increase production of maize, the highest yield 954.67 kg, with and without fertilization treatments yield 586.42 kg, a difference of 368.25 kg, growth of 62.79%.(2) Fertilization can significantly improve the stems and leaves of maize grain and total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content. Overall, in order to N2P2K2 fertilization treatment works best. Soil testing and fertilizer recommendation use efficiency increased sig-nificantly for N?P?K, NPK fertilizer utilization rate reached 36.21%,18.81% and 47.98%.(3) the optimal fertilization of corn "3414" test:urea (N 46%) 483 kg·hm-2, triple super-phosphate (P2O5 43%) 214.35 kg·hm-2, potassium sulfate (K2O 51%) 100.8 kg·hm-2, the op-timum fertilization rate of yield was 14320.5 kg·hm-2. The soil fertility of this experiment is of medium low level, and it should be stable and put into use in the fertilizer.Fertilization to promote grain yield, farmers, fertilizer rational use of resources is im-portant. Promote soil testing and fertilizer recommendation technology, can save money, re-duce costs, improve land productivity, and it helps improve the soil, improve soil fertility, en-vironmental protection, the development of high-yield, high-quality, high-efficiency agricul-ture, promote agricultural sustainable development in advanced and practical technologies.
