Investigation Of The Toxoplasmosis Infection In People, Dogs, Cats In Kuqa County

Toxoplasmosis is, caused by Toxoplasma gondii, a parasitic disease a person and a variety of livestock. It present a global distribution with main clinical symptoms for the abortion of infected animals, weak tyres, stillbirth, reproductive barriers and so on, also there are pathogen carriers without symptom; This study, adopting the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA), detected Toxoplasma antibody levels part of the hospital and rural women in Kuqa town, Xinjiang. That based on the different ages of women in the region had toxoplasmosis infection this fact, traced back, expand the research object detection, choice 5 townships in the region have been closely related with people infected with toxoplasma disease of dogs, cats, toxoplasmosis serological methods of detection. Now, in the existing survey, xinjiang region has not been a systematic toxoplasma infection, the investigation of the dog, cat.The study will fill parts of xinjiang library city people, dogs, cats, infection toxoplasmosis data missing.(I) In this study, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for the 60 women in some hospitals in Kuqa County and parts of rural women in three different age Toxoplasma antibody levels were detected(N = 60). The results show that this extraction were investigated in 60 serum samples, 19 were positive for T. gondii antibody positive rate of 31.7%. Toxoplasma gondii infection among women in the highest between the ages of 20 to 30; followed by women 40 to 50 years age group. Concluded that T. gondii population of childbearing age from 20 to 30 years of age more serious infections, which may have a close relationship with today’s domestic dogs, cats and other companion animals popularity.(II) Acquisition Kuqa County five regions serum sample portion 262 dogs and 87 cats, serum samples(dogs, cats were not doing differential varieties), jointly conducted toxoplasmosis rELISA detected. Analysis of the test results, canine Toxoplasma positive determination is 0.256, and the negative determination is 0.104. As the yin and yang of the criteria, 68 were detected positive results, the positive rate was 25.95%(68/262); detected in 87 cats collected serum, positive control group determination is 0.311, the negative control group determination value of 0.125, as a standard were detected 34 positive sera, the positive rate was 39.08%(34/87).
