Corn is the second major food corps, which accounts for26%in plant area and30%in gross respectively. In2010, China’s foodstuff yield had been experienced tremendous increase by nearly50billion kg, and its60%will be achieved by corn production. For this reason, the enhancement of mechanization have been and will be playing a significant and irreplaceable role in stable and high yields and ensuring food security. At present, although the several agricultural processes have realized mechanization, such as soil preparation, sowing, cultivation and harvesting, it has not been realized in the middle and later period of corn planting.Indispensable one link in corn production is corn throughout the growth cycle of diseases and insect pests, this requires advanced operating machinery, pesticide and pesticide application techniques on3aspects, so as to improve the utilization of pesticides and pests and diseases control effect and operation efficiency. At present, China’s pesticide production technology, after years of continuous research and exploration, has achieved initial results, the main difference in the sprayers performance and spraying technology level, especially during maize growth period of corn straw increased due to the large labor intensity, work environment slightly evil. Not suitable. For manual operation, is an urgent demand for mechanized operation instead of manual operation. Therefore this article in view of our country corn during the whole growth period are required to fertilization and pest control and study the characteristics, design of high architecture, high clearance, full hydraulic control spraying fertilizer integrated machine.The project mainly research full hydraulic fertilizer spraying machine. This design must meet the requirement900mm+400mm wide and narrow planting module,3.5m corn while operating, spraying12rows and fertilizing4furrows at same time. The fertilizer sprayer pulled by tractor, with200mm height chassis, so as to walk easily in field. I adopt four-wheels running mechanism and dual-rear-wheel-drive thereby increasing traction and flexibility. Depth of fertilizing, lifting of arms and front wheels, are controlled by hydraulic distributor. Fertilizing amount is controlled by electrical control which has a multiple position unit. It can realize variable control based on the requirement. brake system is hydraulic one, the cab can be height adjustment.The new design structure of fertilizer sprayer make appropriate improvement on previous problems and shortcomings, perfect design, accomplish good field-operating and effective testing results. Experiments are concerned essentially with nozzles, pollution of human and environment and effectiveness. The fertilizer deposition rate of fertilizer sprayer is6%higher than manual sprayer, on the contrary, coefficient of distribution of manual sprayer is just only one half of the fertilizer sprayer. The fertilizer sprayer is well-distributed, but higher disposition rate. The fertilizer can’t be contaminated other parts of human, except for atom on arms and knees. It has high weeding-control efficiency and over90%disinfectation rate. So the fertilizing sprayer effectively addresses extermination of disease and pest.Through the domestic and foreign market of spraying machinery present situation research, research the domestic market, the market prospects for the next5years forecast and analysis, it is concluded that the machine the market prospect is broad, strong ability of market competition, the potential number of users, without any risk, the benefit is distinct.
