The wheel-rail contact force is not only the basis for analyzing the relationship between the wheel and the rail,but also the most important content for the vehicle safty.The measurement of the wheel-rail contact force,which is important for the theory and practice of vehicle dynamics,is a hot but difficult point in the research field of rail vehicle.The contact between the wheel and the rail of high speed trainis of great significance for the studies of the vehicle dynamics performance,the wheel rail contact area,the derailment mechanism,the contact state of the wheel-rail and the train operation safety.By cooperating with domestic and foreigh companies,which have high-level instrument wheelset technique,and based on the 1:5 model of CRH6 high speed train,this thesis employs the the long-term serving-tracking continuous mesurement technique and investigate the following contents:(1)Since the instrument wheelset is a 1:5 model,which is not the standard wheel,we first manufacture the wheelset based on theinternational standard.Then the static strength and fatigue strength of the instrument wheelset are evaluated by meshing partition the wheelset and using the finite element method.(2)The load identification points are determined according to the distribution of stress along the radial direction,which is obtained by the finite element analysis.Moreover,the interference caused by the electric bridge is mitigated by properly making up bridge.In addition,by using finite element method to analyze the wheelset with different operation states,the theoritical calibration matrix and the error analysis verifies the feasibility of our measurement strategy.(3)We make the wheelse,analyze the operation state and properly design the static calibration scheme.The operation state of the wheelset platform is mainly the straight line operation state.(4)We calibrate the instrument wheelset and analyze the data obtained from the calibration experiment.Moreover,we analyze the load strain transfer coefficiencts and their relationship in all direction based on the obtained data.A comparsion of the axle-measurement method,the wheel-measurement mehod and our proposed method is also investigated.(5)The wireless remote test system is designed for the platform experiment of continuous measurement of wheel-rail force.The time duration of the load is obtained by ananlyzing the measurement data,which verfies the reasonablity of the experiment.This thesis proposed a wheel-axle combination technique that can continuously measure the wheel-rail contact force,provides support for the wheel-rail contact force measurement with higher precision and provides the most important technique indicator for the research of vehicle system dynamics performance.
