In the construction of subway,the formed track board is used to instead of the reinforced concrete track on solid bed in some projects,which could improve the efficiency and shorten the construction period.In order to transport the track board quickly inside metro tunnel,it is necessary to design a special transport vehicle.However,the current domestic design of the rail board transporter mainly depends on the experience,and therefore the structure needs to be optimized.The thesis took the 25 t rail board transport as the research object designed by a company,and carried out the lightweight research and the ride comfort simulation analysis.Traditional design methods for the rail board transporter tend to be conservative.The structural strength and stiffness had a large surplus.In order to reduce the weight and the manufacturing cost of the structure,a new structure optimization method combined the ANSYS and Isight was proposed.First of all,the design variables which had a great influence on constraint condition and objective function were chosen by the method of Latin hypercube design.Then,the model of the radial basis approximation was set up.Finally,the approximate model was optimized by using the Multi-island Genetic.The results showed that the method could greatly improve the efficiency of optimization,and the weight of the rail board transporter reduced 15.99%.Considering the influence of material characteristics,loading condition,geometric dimension and other uncertainties of the rail board transporter,the reliability of the rail board transporter was analyzed by using the method of six sigma.The results of analysis indicated that the reliability of the rail board transporter was 0.65,which did not meet the requirements.Therefore,the six sigma optimization design was proposed on the basis of the deterministic optimization.The six sigma optimization design combines the approximate model technology,Monte Carlo simulation method,reliability analysis and six sigma quality design.The optimization results showed that the optimized structure of the rail board transporter decreases by 13.89% compared with the deterministic optimization,and the structure of the the rail board transporter optimized by six sigma had higher reliability and robustness.Finally,the ride comfort simulation of the rail board transporter was analyzed.By the ADAMS software,the multi-body dynamics model of the rail board transporter was built,and made the model move at different speeds on different roads.The simulation results showed that the rail board transporter can avoid the sensitive frequency,which would avoid resonance.When the rail board transporter moved at full speed,the ordinary cement road would not affect the ride comfort of the driver,but the rough cement road would make the driver fell uncomfortable.When the rail board transporter passed the road with triangular convex block,the vertical acceleration response of the vehicle body was harmless to human health.
