The overall design of line in complicated mountain is a complex system project.Because the selection of the route plan is a general job,it is comprehensive and involves a wide range of features,is related to the overall situation,and will involve the integration of multi-disciplinary in the application,so the work is very complicated;on the other hand,geological disasters occur frequently in complicated mountainous areas,and the causes of the disasters are complex and changeable.The interactions between them have added great difficulties to the construction of the line.At present,the design and implementation of line design designers still rely on traditional experience and qualitative regulations,and do not form a clearer working step.This paper combines the existing research results and draws on the successful experience of the overall design of other disciplines.It designs the system from the perspective of system analysis and proposes the system's three-stage design process: subsystem partitioning,subsystem optimization,and system comprehensive evaluation,and the complexity is standardized.The operational program for the overall design of the complicated mountainous areas,and according to the characteristics of the line project,put forward corresponding quantitative research methods for each stage of the system design.When dividing the subsystems,the method of dividing the subsystems of the traditional line engineering was firstly introduced.Then the structural model analysis method was used to analyze and compare the influencing factors of the new railway project,and the hierarchical structure diagram of the main factors affecting the new railway project was obtained.Easily sort out the relationships between elements and make decisions correctly.In the subsystem optimization stage,the parameter design of the debris flow dam was selected as a case study.A parameter optimization design model combining discrete variables optimization and stochastic simulation was established.Finally,the method principle and calculation formulae were explained by examples.The optimization of the project was completed.Design case can provide reference for subsystem optimization design.In the comprehensive evaluation stage of the system,through the establishment of a network search model,it is possible to rapidly calculate the weights and rankings of different weighted program networks,which is conducive to analyzing the possible consequences and impacts of each option under different preferences,and to provide decision-making for line selection design information.These quantitative research methods have improved the qualitative analysis in the traditional overall design to quantitative research with high operability,and promoted the overall design of the line from idea promotion to precision science.
