Public infrastructure is the general name of a series of complex network systems that serve the society,ensure the normal development of the society and provide the public with convenience.Mainly including,power,water,transportation,finance,energy,public health and emergency service facilities systems and so on.With the development of society and economy,public infrastructure network has become increasingly complicated,and its correlation is also getting closer and closer.On the one hand,the connection among infrastructures enhances the efficiency of the network,on the other hand,the infrastructures become more vulnerable when facing external attack,and the risk is also transfered between infrastructure networks.In order to research the impact of the correlation on infrastructure network risk,this paper proposes a new network risk model and takes actual water and electricity infrastructure systems as examples to emulation analysis for getting the impact of relevance on network risk.First of all,based on complex network theory,this paper simply abstracts the power and water infrastructure networks in real life,then respectively constructs the network topology model with specific abstract rules.The network risk model is constructed through three dimensions: the degree of external disaster,the invulnerability of the network itself and the network failure loss.The correlation between different infrastructures is measured by the direct consumption coefficient in the input-output model.Secondly,this study takes power and water infrastructure network in Chongqing province as an example,then uses Matlab to simulate the impact of correlation on the structural efficiency and network risk of power and water network under the condition that infrastructure is subject to random attack by the outside world.At last,it is concluded that the correlation between water and electricity networks have hardly affect on the structural efficiency and network risk of the power supply network,but have a great impact on the structural efficiency and network risk of the water supply network.Meanwhile,as the number of deleted nodes increases,correlation has greater influnence on the water supply network risk.In addition,this study also proposes a new method to determine the importance of network nodes.Finally,in order to improve the ability of the public infrastructure network system to resist risk,this paper presents measures of changing node capacity and node number theoretically and tests the effectiveness of the strategy through matlab simulation.Also,the study proposes some risk management strategies.
