The avionics system has evolved four times.From the first generation of discrete airborne electronic systems to the fourth generation of highly integrated airborne electronic systems,the degree of integration of avionics systems have increased significantly.The Fiber Chanel(FC)protocol is gradually adopted by various countries' avionics systems because of its own advantages.At present,due to the great advantages of the semi-physical simulation system in terms of real-time and authenticity,the semi-physical simulation system has been widely used in many fields.In addition,the semi-physical simulation application of the avionics system and its subsystems are an important branch of project,and the source of this topic is a research institute of CNAC to develop a semi-physical system based on the FC protocol for avionics mission system simulation.In this background,this paper discusses in detail the mission of avionics based on the FC protocol.The research of the system simulation,the establishment of the model,and the realization of the simulation system provide an excellent simulation platform for the development of the avionics system in the future.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system used in this design is based on avionics task system simulator as simulation software and FC simulation card hardware.It can simulate avionics mission subsystems such as flight control,navigation,display,radar,electronic warfare,and optoelectronics.The data communication and data processing functions realize the function of simulating various avionic task subsystems.The design of the avionic mission system simulation based on the FC protocol has the following advantages:1.Compared with the pure software simulation technology,since the system design adopts the semi-physical simulation technology and uses the FC simulation card as the data excitation source,the transmitting datas strictly meet the requirements of the FC protocol,which making the simulation data more realistic and effective than the pure software simulation.Since the FC protocol adopts a 5-layer data structure,it has better real-time performance than the Ethernet 7-layer data structure using the traditional TCP/IP protocol.2.Compared with reflective memory card technology,a reflective memory card can only simulate one node.However,our system can sumulate more than one node by using the Interface Control Document(ICD)and configuration files.Selecting any node to establish a mapping relationship with the port of the FC emulation card enables the use of one FC emulation card to emulate multiple nodes,which not only reduces the overall cost of the system,but also makes the higher resource utilization,and the emulation system is also easier to maintain.3.Compared with the previous hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,because the previous hardware-in-the-loop simulation system cannot save the simulation node simulation examples and the message processing method is relatively simple.we designed system can not only save simulation node simulation examples,but also support logic control.The diversity of data communication and data processing is realized by using logical judgment conditions to process messages.In this way,the message processing mode of each subsystem in the actual avionics system can be simulated.
