Case Study Of Crisis Prevention In Chengdu Metro 2010-2015

In the process of transportation development in modern cities,subway traffic has become the first choice for traffic mitigation in many big cities due to its large capacity,rapidness,punctuality and small impact on bad weather.However,urban subway traffic has the characteristics of confined space and crowded population,and the security threats are becoming more and more serious.In recent years,the global subway accidents continue to occur,and the subway systems in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou in our country have also successively occurred accidents,causing serious social impacts and major economic losses.Therefore,the safety of urban subway traffic system is receiving more and more attention.The thesis analyzes in detail the possible safety threats such as stampede and fire accident in the metro traffic system,which is of certain reference significance to the subway crisis prevention.Taking the crisis prevention and management of Chengdu Metro as an example,this paper takes the combination of theory and practice as a starting point to solve practical problems,and investigates the possible security threats to urban subway traffic through field research.Risk crisis prevention and management,prevention and control of government-enterprise collaboration emergency rescue and other aspects of Chengdu subway crisis prevention and management of successful practices were analyzed.In the analysis of prevention and management of stampede in Chengdu Subway,the paper points out the environment and the accident factors of stampede.In order to counter the stampede accidents,the Chengdu Metro measures to improve the safety performance of the subway.The four-phase flow control measures and subway Emergency rescue staff training.In the analysis of fire risk prevention and control in Chengdu Subway,the characteristics of fire risk,fire prevention management process and the causes of subway fire are pointed out.The fire risk emergency rescue of Chengdu Subway from aspects of personnel,equipment,management and environment is analyzed Measures.In the analysis of prevention and control of collaborative emergency rescue of Chengdu Metro government and enterprises,it points out the synergy between government and enterprises during the subway crisis and the role of Chengdu in the synergy between government and enterprises.It analyzes the clear government dominance of Chengdu Metro and the improvement of organizationalsystem,Collaborative exercise,reporting mechanism and other measures.Through the above analysis,this paper provides feasible suggestions and countermeasures to three local governments on how to effectively prevent public crises in urban subway traffic and how to avoid the crisis of public opinion in subway accidents,pay more attention to the participation of subway crisis and improve the ability of early warning of subway crisis,and provide reference for other local governments.
