| In order to improve the operability and stability of a radio station and to facilitate human-computer interaction,a reliable operation of human-computer interaction module is designed.The new system has some outstanding features,the stable hardware system,the reliable software system,the simple panel display,the convenient operation,and the low power consumption.Through system testing the user’s needs are satisfied.The main content is as follows:The design scheme follows the principles that contain stability,reliability of system and low power dissipation.By taking advantage of following designs: stability of ARM chip,Anti-jamming performance and reliability design of human-machine module,hierarchically designed software and modular design,the Menu display design,shortcut design,finally,we achieved design target.The device used a setting that transformed independent voltage into circuit,designed supply circuit for ARM chip,providing correct power-up timing control for dual-powered ARM chip.The design has advantages of ensuring ARM chip steadily power on and operation.We used the methods that peripheral power supply to add control circuits,commonly used signal PTT to fortify shaping and driving circuits,we designed the external interface circuit of human-machine module,the design has advantage of effectively improving reliability of the external interface.The methods of adding the metal mesh glass that can isolate interference for the display screen,separating the the keypads that can be used to block the interference from the control panel.,adding a filter array for the external interface,and isolating the external interface ground from the circuit ground were used to design a human Machine Interaction Module Anti-interference Scheme,This design has the effect of shielding and filtering electromagnetic interference.We designed the software architecture of the human-computer interaction module to use hierarchical and modular method.the design could make software construction clear,also keep operation steady,meanwhile,make it easy to maintain.We designed human-machine module display software in the way that uses display register array.The design has advantage of low logical complexity and low amount of code.We design human-machine module communicating software by using Asynchronous serial communication mode and SLIP protocol.The design has advantage of stable communication and low error rate.We designed human-machine interaction display module in the way that uses menu mode to set parameters,use independent keys to set common functions,use icons to display common status.The design has advantage of convenience in checking condition of the Radio communication and setting parameters.After the hardware adjustment is completed,the software is programmed into the FLASH for software debugging,the software code in the software is modified to be incorrect,and then the entire machine is debugged,the software code is adjusted,and the part that cannot be harmonized with the entire machine is corrected.We conducted third party evaluation after the whole system debug had finished.The third party evaluation contained Static analysis test,Software configuration item test and software system test.After the evaluation from third party,the wholesystem and machine was put into the environmental suitability test and the acceptance test.The design gained acceptance from users,which proved that the human-machine module design is effective and advanced. |
