With the rapid development of China's construction machinery industry,the construction machinery manufacturers have paid much more attention to the after-sales service market.Based on the characteristics of the equipment,the work site of construction machinery is mainly outdoors and mines with the inconvenient transportation.When the machine failure occurs,the quick-response and the ability of problem-solving will influence the reputation-building of enterprise.It is also a main factor to maintain long-term stable development of the company.With an after-sales maintenance vehicle having strong mobility,high specialization,and full-function,it is not only could enhance the manufacturer's service responsiveness,but also could improve the repairing efficiency,reduce the costs of maintenance service.Meanwhile,it is still a good way to reduce the losses of customer from economy and reputation,and to create the great image of enterprise.And it also shows the comprehensive technical abilities of the machine manufactures.This paper takes construction machinery inspection and repair vehicle as a researching object to carry out the jobs as below:The paper firstly introduces the source and significance of the subject,and then analyzes the developing situation of domestic construction machinery.The market is with the high inventory,and the corresponding after-sales maintenance is developing slowly.The paper presents a conception of designing a special inspection and repair vehicle for construction machinery,and describes the development of square cabin structure at home and aboard,also gives key introduction of the great contributions made by some domestic experts and scholars in the area.Secondly,it puts forward the maintenance functions of the inspection and repair vehicle after the analysis on the common failures of construction machinery.It also gives the requirements of the technical performances for the whole vehicle.Thirdly,considering the power supply problems under the condition of field work and the needs of repairing works,it completes the additional equipment selection,such as welder,air compressor,air conditioner,and generator in cabin.The functional layout design considers the three areas of the front,middle and back in cabin,taking the lower the center of gravity and close to axis as the design principle.The paper determines the better way to use the construction scheme of the cabin structure with plate-type polyurethane,and uses CAD software to build 3-D modeling for whole vehicle.Taking into account the working environment,it develops anti-shock in design of cabin structure,analyses the advantages of rubber shock absorber,metal rubber isolator,and rubber blanket,and eventually chooses rubber shock absorber as the solution for this vehicle.Fourthly,not the last is that uses CAD software to model the three-dimensional layout of the main parts in the maintenance vehicle to determine the mass center distributions of the components of the vehicle.It results that the all corresponding parameters after refitting meets the requirements of design,by calculating of the mass distribution,load distribution between front axle and rear,the slope stability,and the wind load simulation.The modal and stress-strain analysis on cabin carried out by ANSYS software shows the feasibility of design,and also gets the first 12 moments of natural frequency of cabin,and stress-strain cloud picture of it.Finally,it finishes the prototype sample assembly of construction machinery inspection and repair vehicle according to the design drawings.The prototype sample passes the relevant tests carried out by the national authority of the automotive products.
