| Since the 20 th century,bridge cranes have been constantly updated and developed.At present,the bridge crane products have entered a relatively mature period,modular,lightweight as its main features of the product in overseas.Since 1949 the bridge crane design and manufacturing level is also improving in China,but in recent decades,the crane manufacturers design ideas obsolete,still continued in the 1980 s QD series of product design ideas,which led to the bridge crane related design and development level have a big gap between overseas products and the gap is growing,one of the most obvious gap is reflected in the application of lightweight technology.The industry standard,industry standard and related manufacturing process of the bridge crane design and manufacture are the important factors that influence the light weight of the bridge crane.Nowadays,the analogy method is used in the design of bridge crane: in accordance with the relevant design specifications of the bridge crane agencies and complete machine to determine the level-work to be designed.This analogy is usually not precise and reasonable,leading to the design of the various components,institutional products cause the problem of power waste of driving motor,which is urgent to be solved.In the actual design,the design of the drum using cast iron cylinder structure to determine the drum diameter is also used trial method,which makes the cylinder weight and volume are larger,directly lead to the design of hoisting mechanism and trolley structure are flawed.The bridge frame of the crane is the main steel structure.The connection form between the main girder and the end girder is an important part of the lightweight design.It is urgent to analyze the existing common connection forms and select the most favorable form of bridge crane lightweight.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the lightweight technology of bridge crane,and carries out the following aspects of research:(1)According to the latest version of the crane design specifications to determine the relevant work-level and other parameters,excluding the previous use of the analogy of the design ideas,hoisting mechanism of bridge crane and the complete machine work-level,given a more reasonable method of hoisting motor power selection.The results of comparison before and after the selection to achieve the goal of lightweight;(2)Based on the full investigation for various types of hoisting drums,the design route and idea of the lightweight drum are put forward,and the relevant calculation is carried out on the reduction of the drum diameter,so that the drum diameter is reduced at the same time matching the requirements of design specifications,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of lightweight design of the drum;(3)The connection of the main-end girder of the bridge crane has an important influence on the weight reduction of the bridge crane.The analysis and calculation of the connection form of several main-end girder.The optimal connection mode of lightweight bridge crane is chosen after comparison,lay the foundation for the lightweight design of the bridge crane. |
