Motor is widely used in social construction and production,greatly improving the social productive forces.Motor design,production,the performance indicators need to be tested and identified.It is an important link to determine the motor performance index,and is also an important reference basis for other electrical equipment selection of motor.Motor inspection center is mainly to complete the motor performance testing.This paper mainly designs the electrical system of Xuchang motor inspection.It is based on the actual production needs of the design of electrical automation system.In this paper,the motor test scheme,the selection of electrical equipment and the design of each part of the electrical system are analyzed in detail.It has important reference value for the design of the electrical system of the same type of motor inspection center.First of all,the paper analyzes the electrical design related technical indicators of Xuchang motor testing center.It combines the motor inspection center to the power supply network,frequency conversion power supply,output capacity and other related requirements and practical test items.It defines the quality requirements of the motor test center test power supply.Secondly,it analyzes the overall design of the electrical part of the Xuchang motor testing center,and combines the motor experiment system program.It gives the overall structure of the electrical system.It defines the specific electrical structure of each part,and selects the products of the corresponding electrical equipment.Aiming at the electrical design of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation unit,it adopts the design scheme of active power filter.After the operation of the equipment on the important Xuchang test center of motor control system design,determine the overall structure and equipment used;according to the requirements of the monitoring system,the overall design,and the STM32F103 controller has completed the design of each part of the circuit monitoring system.Finally,the electrical system electrical testing center debugging,completed circuit board electric test,controller programming and RS-485 communication interface unit debugging,and switch cabinet,transformer,rectifier and inverter unit,filter unit test run.The results show that the electrical system design of the motor inspection center is reasonable and can meet the actual demand.
