| With the rapid development of social economy,the construction industry plays an important role in the healthy development of our national economy.Although the quantities in the construction field is huge,the management level of the whole construction is not high,especially the application of the information level is just starting.Among them,engineering change has a great impact on the whole construction project management.However,the hysteresis quality of our country in dealing with the problems of changing information management is becoming increasingly prominent.The lag of engineering change management directly leads to serious disconnection of project management and the development of market economy,the low refinement level of management leads to the overruns of the budget and settlement.In each stage of construction project,serious disconnects have emerged and it is difficult to achieve the real-time updating and sharing of management data information,which makes huge problems in accuracy,timeliness and efficiency of construction projects.Therefore,reasonable and effective measures must be taken to improve the management efficiency of information management of engineering change,especially the delivery and sharing levels of the relevant information data produced by engineering change between parties involved in each project,to improve the service efficiency of various parties involved in the construction project,to ensure the efficiency and safety of project changes information sharing,to implement the modernization of information driven project management.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper is based on the actual situation of behindhand construction project management of our country currently,aimed at main problems existing in information construction for each of our modern project management in the main problems existing in the information construction of poor information sharing between the units,the primary focus of the causes and main problems of engineering change occurring in the construction of engineering change information management.According to the existing problems of the backward of information management,this paper puts forward five characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,traceability and graphics based on BIM technology,so as to improve the information management level of engineering change and dynamic collection and sharing of information data.(2)This paper summarizes the necessity of introducing BIM technology into engineering change management,and focuses on how to use BIM technology to relate engineering change information management to create information sharing platform based on BIM technology.According to the characteristics of the construction industry in our country and the main demand,this paper puts forward the establishment of systematic engineering change management process by using BIM technology,the specific processes including the application and forecast of engineering change,the inquiry of engineering change information,the review engineering change data and the maintenance and management of engineering change management.This paper expounds the specific operation methods of the four processes in the information management,so as to form the technical structure and security guarantee plan of the BIM application of engineering change information sharing to realize the systematization and information of engineering change management based on BIM technology.(3)Finally,combined with project case study,it is proved that BIM engineering change information sharing platform is feasible for realizing dynamic management of engineering change information.The specific application of BIM technology and engineering change management in actual project realize advance control of engineering change by collaborative design and collision checking among various professions.The use of BIM database have achieved the collection and preservation of engineering change information data,and have promoted the participation of cooperative sharing and timely communication between the parties.The use of BIM technology improves the level of information management of engineering change and is conducive to ensure the quality and quantity to achieve the main objectives of the project. |
