With the attention of human beings to the sustainable development of the continuous environment,new energy has become the development direction of the current era.For the traditional automotive industry,electric vehicles have also become an inevitable trend.However,electric vehicles have faced enormous challenges since they were put into use,especially the safety of their power batteries.In battery management systems for electric vehicles,battery fault analysis and troubleshooting techniques are among the most important components.This paper takes the lithium ion battery which is widely used in current electric vehicles as the research object,and studies the faults that should be paid attention to in the battery management system.First,according to the relevant contents of national standards and industry standards,a single failure standard for lithium batteries that is suitable for the context of this paper is formulated,and the types of failures are specifically listed and the failures are graded,and different levels are determined at the same time.For the hidden failure of the battery,this paper selects the aging and over-discharging faults of lithium-ion batteries,conducts experimental research,analyzes the characteristics of the faults from the experimental data,and determines the fault analysis parameters for these characteristics,using the correlation in the fuzzy logic.The knowledge selects the appropriate fuzzy function for the parameter,and then determines the fuzzy rule base for determining the hidden trouble of the lithium-ion battery,and chooses to use the DOH index to evaluate the health of the battery.Secondly,in this paper,a more suitable equivalent circuit battery model is selected based on the actual situation in the project,and a battery model is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform to simulate the model,and the accuracy of the model is verified based on the battery's charge and discharge curve.On this basis,the vehicle model of the junction electric vehicle uses ADVISOR software to simulate the performance of the power battery pack under operating conditions,and analyzes the specific parameters of the battery pack.Finally,this paper designs the HPPC cycle experiment and adds a fault comparison experiment group to it,which validates the fault analysis and processing system functions in this paper.Simulation results show that the simulated battery fault can be accurately identified,indicating that the system is effective for the monitoring of two types of faults in lithium-ion batteries.
