Asphalt pavement is under a long-term complex and changeable environment, and it will inevitably cause cracks, pits, slugs, packages, and other diseases. If it is not treated in time, the disease can easily spread, causing extensive damage to the road surface and severely affecting the safety of vehicles.Natural life of the pavement. The road surface disease has a widespread existence and causes great economic losses. Therefore, the types, causes of damage and repair measures after damage have always been the research hotspots for pavement maintenance technology. In the common asphalt pavement diseases, cracks and pits have the characteristics of high frequency and great harm. The repair work has become one of the important research directions for the repair of asphalt pavement. At present, there are a variety of alternative construction techniques and repair materials for different types of pavement damage and repair requirements. However, there is still no effective evaluation criterion for the evaluation of pavement repair performance.Based on this, the present study uses fatigue life and adhesion as a measure of the repair effect index, and the repair effect of different treatment options for cracks in asphalt pavement and interface seams is studied. The main research results are as follows:(1)Cracks with a width of 7mm were used as the research object to examine the fatigue and bonding properties of composite trabeculae with different caulking structures, and to analyze the effect of two construction processes, slotting and post-seam,on crack repairing results. The treatment of seams has a great effect on the improvement of crack repairing effect.(2)Fatigue test and pull-out test of composite trabecular beams with different bond interfaces were performed to test the fatigue life and bond strength of interface joints with different bonding methods. The test results show that the existence of interface bonding joints will significantly reduce pit repairs. In view of this,in order to minimize the impact of the presence of interface seams on the integrity of the road surface and increase the service life of the repaired road surface, the best adhesion scheme to be selected is:using high viscoelastic modified emulsified asphalt with 0.6kg/m~2 is evenly applied to the cutting surface with an inclination angle of 30°.(3)In order to study the influence of the external environment and vehicle loads on the fatigue performance of the interface between old and new asphalt pavements,a composite trabecular beam with the best bonding method was used as the test object, and the interface cracks were examined by the four-point bending trabecular fatigue test.Based on the analysis of test results,Strain level, test temperature with logarithm of fatigue life of composite trabecular bonding interface fit regression model under different test frequencies were established. And under the interaction of the three, the composite trabecular fatigue life logarithmic regression model, inference of different external environment and vehicle load, the interface joint fatigue performance.
