As a key factor affecting the safety of train operation,braking technology plays a decisive role in the rapid development of railway transportation.At present,the braking system of the electric locomotive is basically controlled by the microcomputer and the electric air brake system is transmitted by the electrical instruction signal.In the process of braking,how to control the pressure of locomotive pipe accurately,directly affects the braking performance of locomotive and vehicle,and the effective control of train pipe pressure can reduce the longitudinal impulse of train to ensure the safety of train operation.Taking the air brake system of HXD2 electric locomotive as the research object,combined with the research strategy of brake system at home and abroad,the overall structure of the braking system is analyzed in detail,and the working principles of each component are briefly introduced.Then,a detailed introduction and analysis is made for the brake system's separate braking function,common braking function,emergency braking function and parking brake function.Then,based on analyzing the mechanism of locomotive braking system,expounds the characteristics of AMESim software used to articles and method of use thereof,are briefly introduced in the train pipe in air flow and orifice flow parameters calculation,and the brake system module,EP module,neutral relay valve,distributing valve,bistable electromagnetic valve and brake device are analyzed and the modeling mechanism,obtained the characteristics of component analysis curve.After that,the simulation model of the key modules of the relationship between set up established in separate locomotive braking mode,braking mode,emergency braking mode and parking brake mode,and the braking mode system for the analysis of simulation results,the overall analysis of the braking performance.At last,analyzed the control strategy of the EP module,through the AMESim software function of batch processing by the analysis of the high-speed switch electromagnetic valve orifice area parameter influence of pressure control on the train;at the same time of the relay valve throttle aperture and intake valve opening and outlet valve opening,the valve orifice aperture distribution the exhaust port and sectional area of influence on the braking system of the curve,according to the analysis of curves are given for the braking system of the proposed value;the effects of pipeline parameters on the performance of the braking system,the influence of the change of train pipe equivalent volume and changes in the diameter of the braking performance of brake system.
