Planning And Design Research Of Characteristic Town Based On Marine Culture

Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years,China's urbanization level has beenrapidly development.According to statistics,China's urbanization rate reached 53.7% in 2013,and the number of urban population in China firstly surpassed by 50% and entered the stage of urbanization of the majority of urban population.With the deepening development of urbanization in China,the traditional urbanization development model has developed a series of problems such as imbalance of urban and rural development and widening the social gap,and the development of urbanization has become the inevitable factor.Under this background,in November 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that China should take the road of new urbanization,and adhere to the "people-centered" urbanization,and ultimately achieve "no difference in the development of people." According to the features of the characteristic town,such as humanization,ecology and inheritance,it has quickly become a microcosm of the practice,exploration and innovation of the new urbanization.It is also a hot topic in the planning field.The characteristic town was firstly proposed in Zhejiang Province in 2014,its development and achievements have been highly recognized by the central authorities,and the state have also issued a series of policies to speed up the development of characteristic towns.Characteristics town is different from the traditional town and industrial park,the core is to create a characteristic industry,shaping the characteristics of the industry should be based on the local culture,cultural industry can only support a prospective,but also can be regarded as the characteristic,is the "unique".Dalian City as the northern coastal city,the obvious advantages of location,its unique development in the characteristic town has its own unique personality,but also has the common characteristics of similar areas.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the planning and design of Characteristic Towns of marine culture in Dalian,both in theory and in practice.Consequently,this article selected it as a research object,and that has a certain reference value.Based on this,this paper starts from the research of the relevant theoretical basis,clarifies the related concepts such as culture,marine culture and characteristic town,analyzes the influence of marine culture on the industrial development of coastal areas and the role of characteristic industry in the town.On the basis of theoretical research,this article draws on the successful experience of planning and design of marine culture characteristic town through the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad.Combined with the actual project planning practice,this paper makes a detailed interpretation of the planning and design of the characteristic small town of marine culture in Dalian.On the actual project practice research is divided into two aspects: the characteristics of the town's "industrial development strategy" and "space planning and design strategy." Industrial development strategy: the characteristics of small town industry directly impact on the long-term development of the town,this paper through the deep excavation of the little blackstone's marine cultural resources,"the most basic and most development potential" principle to determine the town's specialty industries,and to develop the marine cultural industry resources based on the industrial development model,to transformation,upgrading and innovation as the core of the development strategy for the overall development of the town to provide the fundamental driving force.Spatial planning and design strategy: based on industry planning,combined with spatial planning and design tools,comprehensive deployment of industry,housing,supporting and other functional space,ecological,livable,music industry,integration as the core concept,to create rich "fun" of the city space.Finally,through the summary analysis,for the same nature of the marine culture characteristics of the town planning and design put forward some guidance.
