The metro environmental control is one of important links in the design of metro operation,which is closely related to eletric power distribution,industrial network communication and terminal equipment.Based on the analysis of the development and current situation of the metro environmental control,this paper elaborates on the design and implementation of an independent and complete monitoring system for the equipment of environment control.In this paper,based on the project of chengdu metro line 4 demands for ECS,in the "control system general structure,control mode,control object and the control-scale computing,selection of system main control device design,electrical power distribution design,network design,control system implementation" and the frequency conversion drive of draught fan and so on has carried on the theory of design,on the premise of meeting the requirements of system function,realized with the structure of the monitoring system,network,electric power distribution,process of engineering design and frequency analysis of application and energy saving;Among them,the designs of redundant power distribution,redundant communication,redundant HMI and other functions improve the reliability of the system;Based on the graphical design of the subprojects of "ECS system structure,control program,HMI" and so on,increases efficiency of the ECS design and programming development,lowers requirement for the programmer's technical level,shorts the construction cycle;At the same time,the application of ac frequency conversion speed regulation technology to achieve 60% energy saving effect and made the very good demonstration effect.In this paper elaborates the design and implementation of ECS,through the project of chengdu metro line 4(16 stations)3 months of system operation results show that the system meet the design objective,stable and reliable running,compared with the traditional design and construction technology development and debugging,the design and implement in this paper could reduce the cost by 53%;The work described in this paper has a certain reference value for the design and implementation of a class of "monitoring and control system for subway control equipment".
