With the economic growth and transportation business companied by e-business,therewill be more requests on road transportation.Accordingly,challenge and new demanding will be placed on cost,timing and safety for road transportation.However,continually serious environmental pollution makes the reduction of emission for on road vehicle become more urgent.Diesel engine is widely applied with its advantage in power and low fuel consumption.But the mission of NOx and PM consists of sixty percent of total emission.Because we refer and apply European emission regulation system and technology solution,SCR technique is the mainly technical path for satisfying China IV and V emission regulation.However,SCR related knowledge and application experience are held in some foreign countries.There is still big gap in SCR application experience in China,as compared with other foreign countries.In this thesis,one SCR catalyst system is designed and CAE method applied for structure optimization.This system can satisfy flow uniformity,NH3 uniformity,backpressure requirements.Mounting bracket is optimized with FEA method.Optimized bracket can reach durability target and packaging sizing requirement For acoustic testing,we found that insertion loss of first version design cannot meet requirement.System transmission loss is calculated with GT-Power software.Root cause is found and following change made.
