With the rapid growth of society and the rising demand of living,the production techniques is leaded to reform and advance constantly in integration、intelligence、environmental protection and precision.The complicacy of manufacturing system leads to more and more difficulties of effective maintenance,increasing cost of enterprises,rising rate of invalid equipment.It’s extremely important that make reasonable maintenance plan to satisfy production demands for the personal security of workers,the steadily moving of product manufac turing system and the constantly raising of enterprise competitiveness.In the past,due to the lack of theoretical foundation,the same period maintenance mode was adopted for the production equipment.For its short of the cognition of the deterioration of the production equipment.,the"over maintenance"was easily caused in the early days of the equipment longevity,and also may result in the"insufficient maintenance"in the later period life,and the degree of correlation between equipment and equipment was decided by the complexity of the equipment connection.On the basis of above considerations,this paper is based on the reliability theory,studying the buffer zone series system,the non-buffer zone series system and the buffer mixing system.The main contents are as follows:1.The buffer zone series manufacturing system is taken as the research object,the production equipment detection is introduced,the equipment is detected and determined by the time of random failure.The total cost rate model of the system is established,the total cost rate is minimized,and the optimized post maintenance threshold and the buffer size of the system production bottleneck are obtained.Analyze the manufacturing system,consider the bottleneck production limit of the manufacturing system,optimize the buffer zone of the production system bottleneck,analyze the influence of the reliability change on the total cost rate and the maintenance cycle interval of the system,and the impact of the size of the buffer zone on the total cost rate.2.Researching on the non-buffer zone series of manufacturing system,testing the quality of the products for the considering of the residual products in the production process,and establishing the total cost rate model of the syst em,so that we can optimize the preventive maintenance threshold and the opportunity maintenance threshold,and the optimal total cost rate.In the range of the allowable reliability of the second stage bathtub curve,the detection product is carried out o n the average reliability of each equipment.According to the detection time points of the products are determined by the valid equipment rate function,the quality of the product can be tested.In the meantime,it is needed leading into the error cost of detection as the probable generation of"abandoning true"and"get false"status in the process of artificial detection.By analyzing the gradual decreasing factor of the service age and the increasing factor of failure rate,we get the result of the influ ence of the service age factor and the failure rate factor on the maintenance time interval.3.The buffer hybrid production system is studied,Introduce the inspection of production equipment and the test of product qualification,a hybrid system total co st model of production,through the renewal theory total cost rate of the objective function,on the bottleneck of the coupled system analysis,buffer,preventive maintenance threshold and opportunity maintenance target the total cost for threshold optimization,the optimal rate conditions(B,R_p,R_o).Through the case study of the three equipment mixed manufacturing system,the initial working age of the parallel process equipment in the manufacturing system is different.The relationship between the preventive maintenance threshold and the total cost rate of the mixed system is analyzed,and the preventive dynamic maintenance method of the mixed manufacturing system under the optimal total cost rate function is obtained.
