With the continued growth of urban car ownership,the emission of vehicle's exhaust has become one of the important environmental issues that the town facing day by day.Compared to the conventional fuel buses,the blade electric buses are greener,more energy and more economical,it can achieve the town's low-carbon transport better though promoting the use.But the blade electric buses have many design challenges in the matching of the power train,the development of vehicle control strategies and so on.Therefore,it has great practical significance with using simulation and optimization techniques to improve vehicle control strategy.By analyzing the kinematic state of cars' components in the driving process,the article develops a complete set of blade electric bus models with the forward parallel method on the Matlab/Simulink platform.And in the vehicle ECU module,delay filter is designed to control the response time of the motor.Finally,as an optimized target model,the model achieves the fitness evaluation of the vehicle control parameters by calling the genetic algorithm toolbox functions.Through analyzing the genetic algorithms' application environmental and using features,the genetic optimization algorithm is applied to the vehicle control parameters' optimization of the blade electric bus.The genetic algorithm toolbox functions are called to design genetic arithmetic operators in each step in the article,and the article has achieved the optimization of the motor response time index and coasting regenerative braking torque and other parameters,so that the final evaluation of the fitness value is optimal.In the fitness evaluation process,the preparation of M files has achieved the transfer of parameters between algorithms with Simulink blocks.The article uses a 12 m long blade electric bus as an example,and analyses the structural characteristics of its drive train.According to the vehicle design target and performance parameters to match the parameters and selection of drive motor,battery and other components in its power system.Using AVL Cruise and Matlab/Simulink to simulate the running of the blade electric bus that under the city typical condition,and according to the dynamic simulation result to determine the selection of the components that meeting the design requirements.And according to the change of SOC values that under the operation and the overall power consumption that after the operation to verify the effectiveness of vehicle control strategy.Comparing the simulation results with the test results and verify the accuracy of vehicle control parameters' optimization results.
