In the recent years,China's high-speed railway has rapidly developed.CRTS II slab track is the longest track structure type in China.When paved on bridge,the unique structure of base plate late-poured band is adopted.Base plate late-poured band,as the weakness of CRTS II slab track on bridge,when crack had generated,need to be repaired in time.After using high pressure water jet to remove damaged concrete,it will cause void of base plate late-poured band without support.Analyze the force and deformation of track this state and its influences on driving.Establish a solid model of track slab,mortar layer and base plate.Analyze the changes of the maximum vertical displacement of rail,the maximum vertical displacement of track slab and the maximum tensile stress of track slab under the effect of static load.The results are showed below: All three meet the requirements of the specifications.The displacement of rail is less affected by the length of void.And the force and deformation of track slab are more affected.The different position of late-poured band has little effect.After using high pressure water jet to remove damaged concrete,it needs to be filled with ordinary early-strength concrete material,which can meet the requirement of strength performance.The repair material should also have good fluidity and self-filling ability.Establish a vehicle-track coupling dynamic model under the condition of base plate late-poured band.Analyze the changes of the vertical displacement of rail,the vertical displacement and the vertical acceleration of track slab,wheel-rail force and the vertical acceleration of train.The results are showed below: When train passing by with the speed of 250km/h and 300km/h,all of them meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications.When train passing by with the speed of 350km/h,the maximum of vertical wheel-rail force is 98.4kN and the minimum of vertical wheel-rail force is 32.2kN.Wheel unloading rate is 0.62 according to the data,which exceeds the limit of the specifications.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis for the high pressure water jet repair method.This method has such advantages: high efficiency,low cost,less damage to the track structure and less environmental pollution.
