| Corrosion control is one important method to guarantee airplane structural integrity , and to realize the airplane structural long life ,high reliability and low maintenance costs。Corrosion control is also a cross-disciplinary comprehensive technology ,concerning every stage of airplane design, production and use. Airplane maintenance is not only the important measure to keep and recover structural integrity and high reliability, but also approach to prevent and delay structural corrosion. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the corrosion control and maintain of avions ,which is helpful not only improve the avion of our country, but also guarantee the efficiency of avions .At the same time, the study will also provide technical supports for avion mechanics. This paper, basing on the mechanism of corrosion of metals and the statistics of avions structure corrosion , analyzes the causes of corrosion and brings forward the corresponding measures to prevent corrosion ,and repair avions. One new that uses composite material structure is suggested ,and the corresponding arts and crafes are put forward, the technology is very practical and useful for avions maintenance. |
