The Calculation Method Of Wagon Accumulation Time

The wagon accumlation process is a part of technical station wagon technical operation which costs longer time than any other operations,the wagon accumulation time is the time is consumed by accumulation process.China Railway has long required the wagons to be organized in accordance with the marshalling plan,and at the same time required full-axis operation.Accumulation time is generally accounted for the total time of from 40% to 50% of the adaptation of operation in the station.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and analyze the accumulation process of freight wagons and its influencing factors,these researches will be done so as to take effective measures to shorten the accumulation time of wagons,and it has a great influence on the method of determining the flow organization of wagons.At present,there are some domestic and foreign research results in the law of traffic flow,wagon departure mode and wagon accumulation rules.But there is no complete research system for the analysis of truck accumulation consumption.Based on the existing research,this paper further improves the calculation method of wagon accumulation time.The main works are as follows:(1)Based on the background of arrival rules and the random characteristics of wagon accumulation process of the marshalling station in our country,this paper analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,pointing out the research results and deficiencies in the calculation methods of wagon accumulation time,reviewing the research content and research ideas.(2)Describe the basic concepts related to the process of wagon accumulation,and the inequality of wagon accumulation process is determined by the influencing factors of wagon accumulation time.These factors are comprehensively analyzed from multiple angles to lay the foundation for the study of the paper.Through the fluctuation of the main influencing factors,the wagon accumulation process diagram is analyzed to discuss the measures for compressing the wagon accumulation time.Combined the existing research on the concentration of wagon accumulation.the number of wagon compilation vehicles has a certain range of fluctuation,and the parameters of random accumulation process are described in detail.According to the limitations of previous studies,the purpose of this paper is to improve the research,summarized the general formula,and through verification.(3)Define the influencing factors considered in the study of this study,and describe the process of arrival and the accumulation process of the wagon flow mathematically within the scope of the study.Then,the knowledge of random process theory is used to study the distribution function and distribution characteristics of the vehicle group arrival time,the vehicle arrival time interval,the number of arriving vehicle groups,and the size of the remaining vehicle groups.(4)According to the certainty or randomness of the influencing factors,the different wagon accumulation processes is divided into 8 kinds of situations,and the classification is detailed.Based on the existing research and the number of wagons compiled by the wagon is fixed or random,the paper is respectively derived the calculation formula for the wagon accumulation time under the different conditions in the classification.When the number of wagon is fixed,the wagon organization is considered as over-axis,under-axis,and the accumulation interruption.In the end,the calculation formula of the wagon accumulation time that suits all the wagon accumulation process is summarized.After the related random variables in the general formula become the determining parameters in turn,the formulas in the 8 cases are deduced,which are consistent with the conclusions discussed in the previous classification.Verify and prove the correctness of the general formula.(5)According to the research results of the general formula,the paper first estimate the wagon accumulation parameters in the general formula,so as to develop a study on the interval estimation of wagon accumulation time.Combining the resulting confidence intervals,the collected wagon arrival data on railway site is used to verify the feasibility of the research results.The feasibility,rationality and applicability of the research results are explored.If the conclusions of the study deviate from the actual data,the calculation formula will be revised.
