During the truck technological process, concentration is an unavoidable part with time-consuming. The accumulation time is an important component of car staying time in technical station. It has a great effect on determining the method of organizing wagon flow. So researching on the truck assembly rules and accumulation time under uncertainty condition, has some heuristic effects on freight trains formation plan and theoretical study of organizing wagon flow, at the same time, It also makes organizing wagon flow more reasonable. And that it has great meaning to take affective measures to reduce accumulation time for accelerating car turn-round.The paper is based on a large number of experimental data of Nangong hill and Liupanshui south direction in Guiyang Southern Station, referring to railway traffic organizing, using the correlation methods of Statistical Analysis and probability theory, researched the truck assembly rules and accumulation time under uncertainty condition. The main researchs are as follows:(1) Based on the actual data collected in Guiyang Southern, applying the theory and method of mathematical statistics, it shows the distribution density function of inter arrival time, car group size and remaining car size of Nangong hill and Liupanshui south direction, then apply Pearson criterion to test, improve the research of traffic flow arrival regularity in technical station.(2) Based on the traffic flow arrival regularity and the distribution of inter arrival time, car group size and remaining car size, it obtained the parameter and the interval estimation of the accumulation time by quoting forefathers'achievement, verified the interval with experimental data.
