Due to the rapid development of power system and power electronics,the nonlinear system load and power impact load in modern power grids has posed greater influence on the power quality,thus not only the stability of the power grid is under influence but also users in the power system,especially large-scale power users who demand high power quality.An unstable power grid may be a threat to industrial production,personal safety as well as the economy.What’s more,it is also necessary to monitor and analyze power quality to pricing electricity at its quality.In the beginning,this thesis mainly introduces the research background and research significance of power quality studies.After summarizing the current situation at home and abroad and the deficiency of existing study in the field,the study discusses the measurements of some main parameters,including harmonics,voltage deviation,frequency deviation,three-phase unbalance,voltage fluctuation and flicker,temporary and transient overvoltage,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of various measurements and algorithms are also compared analyzed and improved in accordance with the need of this study.On this basis,the researcher designed a power quality monitoring and analyzing system,consisting of power quality monitoring terminals composed of an AD7606 chip,relevant circuits,and a STM32 microcontroller,as well as a power quality analysis software based on.NET technology.The data sampled from the terminals is transmitted to the analysis software through the TCP protocol.The Winform visual interface of the software is based on C#,and the results are displayed graphically after the internal analysis.Finally,the system was tested with simulated power grid signals.Evidence including high-speed data acquisition,calculation and analysis of various power quality indicators and the capture of some transient events showed that the system was qualified.The power quality monitoring and analyzing system designed in this paper can realize online power monitoring and professional analyzing of the power grid.This stable and reliable system with high compatibility can meet the demands of the power quality market to some extent.
