In the field of new energy,solar energy has been paid more and more attention by all countries because of its inexhaustible,inexhaustible,desirable in situ,no need of transportation,wide distribution,high reliability,no pollution and ecological benefits.it has become a new type of energy with the highest level of development and utilization,the most mature technology,the most extensive application and the most commercial development conditions in the field of new energy.Changling county is located in the west of Jilin province,the southwest of Songyuan city,is located in the east longitude 123 6' to124 45',43 59' to 44 42' north latitude,the annual average sunshine hours about 2871.5hours,the proposed photovoltaic field area solar radiation level is 5100.84 mj / m on average,the site of the total solar radiation intensity is high,belongs to the area of solar energy resources is very rich.Changling 23 MW photovoltaic power generation project will improve land use efficiency through new energy mode,and can be combined with the local mutton sheep breeding project,form a benign complementary light grazing combined energy network,play a significant social demonstration effect,through micro-grid control technology,overall improve the quality of life of electricity,practice the responsibility of green environmental protection.At the same time,can solve the employment problem of some villagers,increase the economic income of local villagers,and in energy saving and consumption reduction effect is particularly obvious.In this paper,the background and significance of Changling 23 MW photovoltaic power generation project design are described with reference to a large number of documents and materials,and the specifications and standards of the power industry as the reference basis,and the theoretical basis of project design and research and the main research content of the article are clarified.The necessity of project construction is pointed out by analyzing the current situation of Songyuan regional power grid system and Changling county power grid system.Through the study of photovoltaic module selection,photovoltaic array operation mode selection,inverter selection,photovoltaic array design and layout and other auxiliary technical scheme,the overall scheme of photovoltaic system is designed.through the calculation and analysis of circuit current and capacity,booster station location and path selection,reactive power compensation and other relevantindicators,the primary design and secondary design of power system are reasonably configured and arranged,and the feasibility of the project is comprehensively analyzed.Through the design research and analysis of this paper,we can provide the construction basis and reasonable scheme for the smooth implementation of 23 MW photovoltaic power generation project in Changling county.
