The Development Of The Fault Implanted Test-bed For An Helicopter Main Reducer

The helicopter main reducer as a general component for connecting and transmiting power is an important part of the helicopter transmission system.Whether the operation state of the helicopter is stable or not has great influence on the performance of the whole machine.The main reducer is an important complex system including gear,bearing,transmission shaft and box structure.The characteristics of gear driving decide that the gearbox is a fault prone component.The normal side and diagnosis of the gearbox failure can realize the fundamental transformation of the gearbox from ex post servicing,regular maintenance to condition based maintenance,and reduce some unnecessary economic losses.The main reducer fault insertion test bench is mainly used for the helicopter main reducer fault implantation validation test(seed test),and verifies the main reducer fault diagnosis algorithm.Based on the characteristics of all kinds of fault implant test rig at home and abroad,combined with the research and application status of the domestic transmission system,the following works have been accomplished:1.The design of the failure implantation test bed for the main educer is carried out.The contents include: overall design,test bench,motor and control system,load system,main reducer,model planet(educer),fault analogue and other systems;2.The planetary gear educer and fault analogue in this project provides a reference object model for the test,simultaneously,it is also the key to the design of this subject;3.The completion of the whole test-bed system installation and commissioning,including mechanical system,control system,lubricating oil system and so on,and the operation of the system is installed and debugged.Through debugging and running assessment,the function and performance index of the drive、load and control system of the test-bed meet the overall technical requirement of the main reducer fault insertion test bench,which provides a strong guarantee for the collection of subsequent test data.4.Aiming at the typical gear fault test piece,we carried out gear fault implantation test,and obtained a lot of reliable and reliable and reliable date,which can undertake subsequent research and research tasks.
