With the rapid development of domestic bridge technology and the rapid development of cross-river and cross-sea bridge,the steel trestle bridge and steel platform,which are auxiliary construction have a wide application at home and abroad.But with the wide application of the steel trestle bridge and steel platform,the design and construction become the key to project success in different hydrological,geological conditions,especially in dealing with the complicated and harsh conditions.Deep water jet environment without covering layer structures,steel trestle is rare in the country.Therefore,how to solve the overall stability of the trestle bridge and steel platform in the condition of high water velocity,naked rock and high slope are the key problems in the design and construction.One block of Nanping link crosses the minjiang bridge,the bridge located in the flood flow and flow velocity large.The number of floater,which impact on the pier is large and river bottom is exposed to weathered rock,mainly for the accumulation of pebbles,natural exposed rock without cover.The main bridge and trestle location of the river are very uneven,part of the area has large elevation difference,resulting in large elevation difference between bridge-bridge adjacent steel pipe pile.Those problems take account for the difficult to the steel pipe anchor and connection.Steel platform position steel casing and bare rock cannot be effectively consolidated at the bottom of the river,to the subsequent bored pile construction hole in the mud head to maintain a high degree of difficulty.Based on the construction of the bridge and platform of Minjiang River Bridge,this article summarizes the construction technology of steel bridge and platform in high water velocity,bare rock and large slope stratum by theoretical calculation and on-site actual operation.This research is aimed at the construction technology that steel bridge and platform to take the steel bar and pouring concrete in its supporting steel pipe and each group of steel pipe to expand the basis of construction and other methods of artificial rooting and increase the overall stability.The technology makes it possible that steel bridge and platform keep overall stability against the floor with larger flow and speed in flood season.For the problem that steel casing and bare rock cannot effectively consolidate.Through the way of pouring underwater concrete for all bored pile steel guards.Underwater concrete pouring way make the river bed and steel effectively connect,which makes the influence of drilling vibration on the connection between the two significantly reduced.The method of "Pneumatic DTH hammer punching and steel bar anchoring" and "Expanding foundation" used for pier construction and steel tube pile concrete enlarges the successful use of foundation construction,provide experience for the similar projects in the future.
