Based on the science and technology item of west traffic construction - "Research on the defense and reinforcement technique for high slope of soft rock in red layer " and depend on summarizing the ancestor's researching fruit, the paper carried through the stability analysis for high slope of crushing rock and the research of its defense and reinforcement technique. Making use of bar projection method, the paper determinatively analyzed the Naerba fault and the influence of slope rock configuration on the stability. Besides utilizing the limit equilibrium method (simplified bishop method and imbalance pushing method) and numerical simulation method (2D-σ program), the paper carried through the analysis of stability and numerical simulation form the aspects such as original slope, opening slope, added anchor slope. Meantime, the paper made the quantitative evaluation of stability and put forward the appropriate scheme of the treatment of slope. At last, the paper analyzed the meaning of using project measure and dynamic design in treatment of the slope, Also the effect of using the project monitoring data on the treatment of the slope was evaluated.
