Highway tunnel lighting consumes lots of energy,and accounts for a higher proportion of tunnel operating costs.How to reduce the operating cost of tunnel lighting satisfies the condition of the existing tunnel lighting standard is one of the hot topics of tunnel electromechanical engineering.In this paper,a traffic tunneling adaptive lighting control scheme is proposed,which combines LED flexible dimming illumination control and vehicle induction lighting control.And four aspects are studied,including highway tunnel lighting analysis,design and energy saving analysis of adaptive lighting control system.(1)In terms of lighting fixture and combine with the existing norms.In the aspect of lighting control technology,the lighting characteristics and development trend of high pressure sodium lamp and LED lighting are analyzed.In the respect of lighting control technology,the defects of traditional loop control mode are analyzed,the existing variety of dimming technologies are compared,and focusing on the use of PWM dimming technology flexible dimming control mode.What's more,the article raised a solution to the current tunnel lighting problems.(2)A highway tunnel adaptive lighting control system is proposed,and the overall structure,system function and control process are designed.The key devices' performance are clarified,including main controller,brightness detector,dimming controller and vehicle detector.The system facilities layout and lighting control mode are designed.(3)Based on the engineering tunnel,the energy-saving test scheme of traffic control system for highway tunnel traffic is designed,including test preparation,brightness compliance test,daily electricity test,annual electricity consumption calculation method,etc.This article completed the annual electricity consumption of the conventional loop control scheme.And combined with the measured results,the indicators of the energy saving testing solution are compared and analyzed.The quantitative energy-saving analysis results show that compared with the traditional lighting control scheme,the adaptive control scheme of highway tunnel lighting system put forward in power saving rate reaches 68%.
