The development of automobile industry is the inevitable tendency of the bloom of economic society.It means continuously improvement of function to automobile.The requirements of the transport industry for special purpose vehicles are getting strictly due to the development of subdivided industries.The flammable liquid tank transporter is one of the transport vehicle for dangerous goods,especially designed for the transportation of flammable liquids such as gasoline and diesel oil.The particularity of the market for dangerous goods transport,flammable liquid transport vehicles have strict requirements on the vehicle's safety,reliability and other aspects of performance.This paper aims to design a special transport vehicle for the flammable liquid transport to meet the market demand,mainly from the following aspects:Firstly,according to the principle of design criterion and economical principle of flammable liquid tank car,a suitable two-type chassis is selected.Based on the basic data of the two-type chassis and market research requirements,we calculate the volume of tank body to ascertain the section size,material and thickness of the tank body.Then the strength checking calculation is carried out in combination with the design pressure.Secondly,we carry out calculating the structure design and strength of the sub-frame.Then,the connection between the sub-frame and the chassis of the tank is designed calculated.The calculation results show that the sub-frame materials and structural design conform to the strength requirements.We also select the safety accessories of the whole wehicle and analyze it.Thirdly,based on the analysis of domestic tank car processing technology and situation of domestic tank car's production equipment,and combined with the production status of enterprises and design parameters of tank we can determine the setting of processing parameters,such as the head forming,tank forming,tank welding and vehicle detecion.Finally,in order to improve the safety performance of the whole vehcile,the security early-warning control system,the tire pressure monitoring system,the vehcile collision avoidance system,the lane departure warning system and the driver fatigue monitor system are designed.
