In order to ensure that the fuel tank can meet the functional requirements of special vehicles on the battlefield,and avoid damage to the fuel tank due to various threats,the fuel leakage of the fuel tank can not complete the work normally,and even the secondary damage caused by combustion and explosion,improve the protection of the special vehicle fuel tank Performance is the urgent problem.Based on this,this paper proposes a plan to design a safety fuel tank protective structure through a composite structure of polyurea-coated steel plate,and then verify various technologies through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimentation,and the self-sealing performance and impact resistance of the safety fuel tank protective structure Performance research has proved that the safety fuel tank protection structure can effectively improve the protection performance of the fuel tank.The main methods are as follows:First,according to the threats faced by special vehicle fuel tanks,the protection requirements are analyzed,and different safety fuel tank protection structure schemes designed by polyurea-coated steel plates are proposed,and the self-sealing mechanism and impact resistance characteristics of the structure are explained from the perspective of theoretical analysis.The material is subjected to static tensile test to obtain the mechanical properties of the material,which provides parameters and theoretical basis for subsequent simulation research.Then,through numerical simulation technology,the high-speed impact and explosion impact simulation studies of ordinary fuel tanks and safety fuel tanks are carried out.On the one hand,the dynamic response process and damage mode of the fuel tank under high-speed impact are obtained,and the effect of different composite structures and different warhead shapes on the polyurea layer is explored.The impact of sealing performance;on the other hand,the dynamic response and damage mode of the fuel tank subjected to the impact of the protective component in the explosive environment are obtained,and the similarity of the fuel tank drop and the damage form of the fuel tank under the impact of the protective component are compared,and the difference is explored through the fuel tank drop The impact of oil on the impact damage of the fuel tank is also explored and analyzed.The impact of different composite structures on the impact resistance of the safety fuel tank is also explored and the advantages and disadvantages of the impact resistance of different composite structures are obtained.Finally,a fuel tank penetration test and a fuel tank drop test were carried out.The bullet hole damage of the fuel tank and the deformation of the fuel tank wall were analyzed and compared,and the accuracy of the simulation results was verified.It was proved that the safety fuel tank composite structure can effectively improve the fuel tank’s self-reliance.Sealing ability and impact resistance.
