The Application Of SMA-13 In The Reconstruction Of Old Cement Pavement

Cement concrete pavement in preventive maintenance,maintenance and special maintenance period,after enter the reconstruction period,must be on the road.Paving asphalt surface on old cement pavement,the relative advantages of rapid construction,convenient traffic characteristics,is in recent years,the more common way of old cement concrete pavement overlay on reconstruction.Old cement concrete pavement disease treatment,asphalt pavement paving renovation construction is an important factor of success.Aiming at this problem,road engineering researchers spend a lot of energy,mainly concentrated in the following aspects:(1)the cement concrete pavement disease assessment,treatment;(2)the cement concrete prevention of reflective crack in asphalt layer;(2)the structure of asphalt layer scheme,materials research.No matter what kind of research,the objective is for cement concrete pavement disease treatment,the quality of the asphalt layer.Cement concrete pavement disease treatment method has more abundant research and experience.Stress absorbing layer method is used in prevention and reflection crack,the SBS modified asphalt such as improving the quality of asphalt pavement overlay on,have important research significance,require further study.This paper is based on the expressway of Guilin,which is based on the asphalt pavement,and mainly carries on the following three aspects of work.First of all,this paper discusses the evaluation and treatment method of cement concrete pavement disease.For pavement diseases has carried on the investigation and analysis,draw up the appropriate asphalt.Second,analysis of SMA asphalt mixture material composition,performance index and the influencing factors,and explore the mixture ratio design of the SMA-13.Finally,the study formula,process and quality control plan,in the specific test sections in practice.While detecting the test section SMA-13 indexes of pavement smoothness,to guide the pavement construction.
