As development of internet communication and the request of vehicle safety.The connection between vehicle to people,vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to road is implemented by Infotainment system in vehicle.Conventional infotainment services is solidified in telematics module,its communication relies on communication application within the module.But,this kind of mode meets the problems of upgrade slowly,high cost of service and so on.The special separation of TRIZ theory were used in this project,the modular and scalable automotive remote diagnostics and system monitoring system architecture were established.The vehicle real-time information,vehicle condition information,position information and so on were gathered from vehicle network.OBD device were used as vehicle communication and diagnosis interface,the ISO15031-6 diagnostic code,ISO15765 CAN bus protocol,ISO14229 diagnostic protocol are also included in this project,the customer remote diagnosis,vehicle status monitor and remote flashing was also realized in this project.CAN signal acquisition module,Signal process module,4G communication module,WiFi communication module and SD storage module were designed.4G and WiFi are used as remote wireless communication,freescale MPC5605 chip were used as MCU,Quectel 4G module EC20 and WiFi module FC10 were used as remote communication module,Protel 99 SE were used as the tool for design OBD device hardware,the remote diagnosis and vehicle status monitor system were developed,which included the collecting,processing,storage and communication.Codewarrior were used as the tool for OBD device software development and service software has been established,OBD,vehicle and customer database has been created,the software system based on OBD device,cell phone APP and remote service has been developed,this project has also realized customer remote diagnosis and status monitor.The advanced CRC32 algorithm was also used for control module updating,authentication and authentication for critical operations.The DSPACE HIL testing were used to simulate the vehicle,the OBD device and cell phone APP were tested in the simulation,the correction for hardware and software of the system were verified,remote diagnosis bench test method were implemented.
