With the rapid development of high-tech equipment in Chinese urban rail transit industry,the upgrade of power supply system equipment provides scientific and reliable guarantee for efficient operation of urban rail transit,but there are a series of power quality problems.In the background of the improvement in urban rail traffic automation level and the increase of operating mileage year after year,the power quality problems become more and more serious.The thesis bases on domestic urban rail transit power supply system background,present situation and significance,introduces the basic concept of power quality,sets the definition of power quality,the content and characteristic of power quality of urban rail transit power supply system.It further confirms the design goal,system structure and construct development and operation environment of the system,then provides the design scheme of power quality monitoring system for urban rail transit.In the scheme,The pre acquisition layer adopts ACE(Adaptive Communication Environment)framework design,database layer adopts Oracle 10 g relational database management system,Web server layer adopts B/S(Browser/Server)architecture.On the basis of determining the design and implementation methods,the implementation of the overall system is completed.The thesis starts with the system theory,builds system level platform,and completes design and implementation function of the system through data collection,it provides a theoretical basis for energy-saving design,application of rail transportation system reformation and management norms,assists the operation companies improve power management effective and management level.Through the power quality data comprehensive evaluation function,it can improve the stability and reliability of power system,and according to the comprehensive evaluation of the actual use of power and power quality,makes develop energy saving strategy,reduces power loss and improves the power quality in power supply system equipment running efficiency and prolong service life.
