Study On Technical Standards Of Asphalt Pavement Comprehensive Maintenance System Based On Full-cycle

With China's largescale high grade highway asphalt pavement paving,most of the asphalt pavement maintenance is divided into stages,the situation of pavement maintenance in the definition of standard curing in China using asphalt pavement pavement performance,specification,pavement performance level is divided into five grades,namely excellent,good,middling,secondrate and inferior.In recent years,our country pay more attention to the road maintenance,the maintenance time from corrective maintenance gradually shift to preventive maintenance.In order to prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement maintenance,the entire cycle of asphalt road surface based on comprehensive maintenance system is propose in this paper.The asphalt pavement lifecycle concept is introduced in this paper,and according to the asphalt pavement maintenance cycle concept of asphalt pavement,the cycle is divided into five stages,namely new stage,transition stage,preventive maintenance,corrective maintenance and reconstruction stage.In the asphalt pavement during the whole cycle in order to maintain the pavement performance at a certain level,need to maintain.Different maintenance time have different influence on the asphalt pavement service life,improve the overall performance and economic efficiency.So the selection of the three more time representative in the process the maintenance cycle of the asphalt pavement,which is the transitional stage to preventive maintenance;preventive maintenance into corrective maintenance stage;corrective maintenance into the reconstruction stage of the three key time.Secondly,according to the five stages of the proposed full cycle asphalt pavement maintenance process and the three key time,study on the technical standards division,and the division index of asphalt pavement five stage comprehensive maintenance division and the three key time for asphalt pavement is use performance.In our country the maintenance code on the asphalt pavement performance,the criteria for the classification and evaluation methods is given.This paper in the calculation formula of asphalt pavement performance,pavement structure strength index is introduced as the basis of the original fifth indicators,and the weight of the corresponding formula are determined.Again,according to the calculation formula of the new asphalt pavement performance in Heilongjiang province with hatong high speed as the background of research,the performance changes of the whole cycle of asphalt pavement is studied from two aspects of theoretical analysis and actual road conditions,in five asphalt pavement performance in different stages of the standard are decided.Finally,according to the evaluation criteria of the comprehensive maintenance system of asphalt pavement,a computer evaluation system is established in this paper,and selects a highway to apply it.
