Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has been developed rapidly in recent years because of the advantages of simple structure,high reliability,low cost and high efficiency.However,it is related to synchronous operation of multiple motors usually in some complex multi-motor synchronous control system.Due to the manufacturing error of the motor,the mechanical properties are often difficult to reach the perfect agreement,it is difficult to balance the output power of the motor in some of complex multi motor synchronization system,it will affect the safe operation of the system when it is serious.For that reason,a synchronous control strategy based on virtual principal axis is studied to improve the performance of multi-motor synchronization control system in this paper.The main contents of the paper include:(1)The basic characteristics of switched reluctance motor were introduced briefly,it expounds the research has been carried out and existing problems in the synchronous control of multi-motor about switched reluctance motor,it proposed a multi-motor sychronization control about this problem.And introduced the content of this paper.(2)It expounded the basic structure of the Switched reluctance motor drive(SRD)and the working principle of the SRM,the corresponding mathematical model is obtained by linear processing of the motor according to the circuit equation,mathematical equation of the SRM.(3)For solving the problem of the torque ripple,it construct the SRD with speed as the external control loop,torque as the internal control loop,the external speed control loop controled by ADRC,the internal torque control loop controled by torque distribution control.The simulation test is carried out and compared with the traditional way.(4)The design method of the synchronous control strategy of multi-switch reluctance motor based on virtual principal axis is studied in detail,arm at the synchronous system consisting of three SRM,construct the virtual spindle synchronization controller.The control effect of the above control strategy is simulated and compared with traditional virtual shaft,the result prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy.(5)OP5600 as control core,according to three synchronization control system consisting of 4 kw SRM,through the way of semi-physical simulation to construct theswitched reluctance motor synchronization control experiment platform,research on the above theory is verified,and the related hardware circuit and control software design research.
