Urban comprehensive utility tunnel is a modern,scientific and secure infrastructure which will be formed at least two or more municipal pipelines in a special underground tunnel space.That is to build a structure in the underground space which can accommodate electricity,communications,heating and heating,gas,water supply and drainage and other municipal public pipelines even contains other non-municipal pipelines,contain detection systems like vent,repair mouth to maintain its normal operation.Comprehensive utility tunnel adheres to the unified design planning,equipment maintenance principles and places the municipal pipeline legitimately in the corridor,which can avoid the "zipper road".To build an intensive modern city,from 2013 to the present,the State Council is actively promoting the construction of comprehensive utility tunnel and the investment efforts is increasing year by year,and starting the pilot work of underground corridor construction in preferential parts according to the existing situation in some districts of the country.The construction of urban comprehensive utility tunnel is of great significance to the construction of modern city which has an unparalleled advantage.Researchers in this study based on the preliminary fact-finding of the study location(i.e.,the HeTang area in Xiangtan city of Hunan province)and the dynamic analysis of research progress at home and abroad of the study object(i.e.,underground pipe gallery)obtained the characteristics of comprehensive utility tunnel construction which takes the advantage of the comprehensive,long-term,environmental protection,operation reliability and so on and the determination of the work about the actual research scope and content and technical route as for research object sequentially.Then researchers in this study specifically described the classification of the pipeline,the principle of management,layout and compatibility analysis in the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery internal line and objectively demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the research project based on the real situation of the project(i.e.,regional location,construction scale,commodity status and investment,compiling principle,etc)and the basic conditions(i.e.,traffic conditions and natural conditions,etc.).Moreover researchers in research project construction design scheme put forward a comprehensive scheme comparison about the calculation and analysis of various project elements based on the scientific,objective,fair and rigorous principle andfinally in underground comprehensive utility tunnel engineering and related engineering: lighting engineering,road engineering,bridge engineering,water supply and drainage engineering,progress,especially on the reasonable layout and effective rules of the comprehensive utility tunnel form of section,line argument,structure design,fire fighting,water supply and drainage,ventilation,lighting,power supply,communication,network,monitoring,alarm system and node design content and so on,achieved the research and discussion about the design issues of comprehensive pipe tunnel in HeTang area of Xiangtan city and launched a more specific discussion of the project labor security and efficiency analysis.At last,the author obtained related conclusions about the research project in the process of the project completion and acceptance and at the same time have developed a hope for the development of the pipeline corridor in the research area.It is expected to provide technical support and guarantee for the construction of the design of comprehensive pipe tunnel in HeTang area of Xiangtan city.
